The first page to search for properties gives you the options to search by Street, City, Zipcode, county, MLS, MLS ID#, Metro, or all of California. You can search for a specific type of property i.e. Attached (condo or duplex) or detached (single family residence) or both. You can search by price range as well.

The search parameters also include:
Days on Market:, Beds:, Baths:, Floors:, Parking:, Occupancy: and Square Footage by building and land.

That you can have a saved search that notifies the user when a property comes up that fits that criteria. That he can save properties to a favorites list and view them or compare them to other properties. (both of these are explained fully in the tutorial).

That once you put the parameters of the search in you get a list of properties that fit in those parameters. That you can sort this list by most recent listing, oldest listing, number of beds, baths, cash flow increasing, cash flow decreasing. This then populates the list in that order.

When you click on the property you get a detailed report that is 6 pages long.

Krunch It! Where you can type in any property address in California and pull up a detailed report.

Realtor Product - where the user can have a full profile up on the site and monitor people that he invites to the site and see what properties they are looking at. Monitor their use and delete them when he decides.
