Auditions for Blogger Idol are now open!
Blogger Idol is a 12 week blogger competition that will crown the best blog. IZEA is a proud sponsor of this year’s competition.
How it Works
Enter your blog between now and September 17. Twelve blogs will be chosen. Every Saturday a challenge will be presented and the bloggers have until Tuesday to turn in their submission. The public votes on their favorite and a blogger gets eliminated. Then we rinse and repeat, until one blog is victorious!
Benefits to Entering
Blogger Idol is a great opportunity to gain exposure for your blog. You’ll be able to network with fellow bloggers, and challenge yourself in a new way. In addition to the bragging rights that come with being crowned the Blogger Idol, there are some other exciting prizes for the winner and runner-ups.

I am totally excited to be back as a judge again this year. Blogger Idol is in it's second year and we've already seen a really good turn out! It's a great way to have a little fun, challenge yourself as a writer, receive feedback from a panel of your blogging peers, network with other bloggers, and of course, the chance to win some awesome prizes!

I was so excited to audition for Blogger Idol this year after following the intense competition last year! I found so many new blogs that I now read daily. Thanks to IZEA for sponsoring the awesome prizes...I really don't need to win...it would be an honor just to be nominated, seriously! :)
