My name is Handeil C. Magnanao, an Engineer by profession, graduate in Master of Engineering (Telecommunications) lecturing since 1998 (Cebu Institute of Technology, Cebu Philippines - 5 years and King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology North Bangkok, Thailand both local and International programs - 8 years) until now.
