I’m trying more and more to make healthy choices in eating & lifestyle because I believe that so many health problems are affected by the choices we make.
I love taking care of my family (it works both ways, we help each other), so that's where the home part of my blog comes in. I hope that things I’ve learned along the way can benefit some people, and I like learning things from other bloggers and making new friends.
