Dieting without realizing it. It's the lifestyle change that matters! (PS- it saves you money, too!)
As a newlywed and a newcomer to a new country, I'm all about trying new things. I grew up in the south west part of Alberta, Canada, and moved to north central Florida in August of 2007. It was a huge change; getting married and adjusting to a new community all within a few months. Along the way I've found some tips on saving money, living happily and best of all - dieting without realizing it!
