Health is the top most priority for everyone. There may be a tremendous growth in technology and other areas but all we want is a healthy and a peaceful life. There may be critical situations in our life which would lead to unwanted situations. People are ready to spend their entire money to stay healthy and to be eternal. This is not possible but it is very important that we live life to the fullest and live long enough to enjoy it. There may be many definitions to life but we must live long enough to experience this. This blog is to keep you aware of all diseases and all those little things you can avoid to live a healthy life. It also deals with the food items which are healthy and which are dangerous when consumed regularly. Health is not only a body free from diseases but is also connected to the mind. There is no point in being fit and having a very tense life and in the same way there is no point in having a relaxed mind in a body with diseases. Both the body and the mind must be free in order to stay healthy.
