I am a disabled veteran and single mother. A two year stint in the US Navy rendered me with an injury that, due to improper medical treatment, is now a chronic issue. My son is 11-years old and challenged with high functioning autism. I love to exercise as much as I love to eat. I love doing yoga & Pilates, & swimming, walking, etc, as much I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen. I am an experimental/closet gourmet, and you can imagine I am also a classic YO-YO dieter.
