Why a camera phone?
After living many years without my own cell phone, I decided that it was time to enter the global community. I got my own cell phone. It just so happened that I have been looking for something to consistently blog about for ages, but every attempt has been fruitless. For some reason, a camera phone photo site logical choice. And it has turned out to be more than just a hobby.

How is this blog is different?
Instead of just posting ill-positioned shots of my kids and pets, I try to make use of what I have and shoot as if I had a high-end DSLR in my hand. The challenge of capturing a decent photo with a 2 mega-pixel camera phone seemed worthy of a blog. I have certainly learned, quickly, the limitations and abilities of my camera and how to work-around or exploit them.

What’s the point of this blog?
It’s more than just shooting photos. It’s about working with limited tools while trying to achieve great results. It’s about looking around at the mundane and realizing that it isn’t so mundane after all. It’s about finding the purpose of each and every thing in my immediate surroundings.
