Skeet's Stuff originated as a way to humiliate myself into organizing a very cluttered life. It has, instead, opened the door to new interests which fill my mind and dribble out through my keyboard. I blog about life in Hawaii (lots of photos!) and about the trials and tribulations of a small business owner. I'm an over-the-hill woman crawling around under houses looking for termites, for pity's sake! Life is pretty good, though, and I like to concentrate on that. I feature a weekly photo puzzle and frequent game reviews. My dog, my gardens and my attempts to clean up and maintain my home often serve as inspiration for my writing. I tell stories about growing up Southern in a quirky family - recipes and embarrassing photos included. Some of my tales are not terribly flattering to those involved, so please let's not tell my family I have a blog ... please? My readers think I'm a good storyteller, so I'd hate to have to stem the flow. I'm active in a book club, so look for frequent appearances by the Table of Contents. They don't mind that I talk about them because the focus of those conversations is chocolate and books. As you might surmise, my blog is all over the place. It's about stuff. Just stuff!
