No it takes only minutes actually. Did you go to Manage your account? Then you can see your balance there and there is a small box to write the amount to be cash out. Exact amount you will put then it will tell you if it's successful transfer.
You mean your first payout here at SS? If your money in the account reach $20 then you can transfer it right away to your paypal account. Just put the amount in the box but the minimum withdrawal is $20. If your money doesn't reach 20 dollars then you have to wait .
