In my office I have a desktop computer and an external hard drive... I backup all my client files, pictures, and videos onto the backup drive to make sure it stays safe, but the health of my desktop hard drive is absolutely in question these days... I m trying to figure out if I could forgo the desktop entirely for a laptop, and then just use the external hard drive to keep backing things up, but it would also become my main hard drive... I d rather get a laptop that is lighter, with less hard drive space and more RAM, since most of what I use on my computer are web applications (like WordPress LOL.)... … View Post »

Besides having a good liability policy that will cover you, and maybe even errors & omissions insurance depending on how sensitive the work you do is .your... auto insurance is something that you need to think about too... If you do, you are using your car for business and should consider putting it that way on your auto insurance...
