Every morning he ' ll give excuses such as he ' s late because he just realizes that his car is running out of fuel that he has to stop by at the fuel station and get caught up with time or he ' s late because he must go to the bank to pay for his car loan or he has overslept because he has wrongly set his alarm clock and etc etc..... Always make mistakes Even though you ' ve told him many times, hundred times, but still he makes the same mistakes over and over again till you get fed-up and sometimes even worst when it involves figure, wrong calculation or overlook because of no follow-ups or just too damn lazy to double check on his work... Even though he ' s been doing the same report every time when he ' s in morning shift, but he ' d still call you during your rest day and sometimes when you ' re still in slumber land asking you how to get the exact figures for some of the reports... Every morning when your message alert is ringing you ' ll already know that you ' ll receive text messages like this; "I ' ll be late...",... Can ' t blame anyone who ' s on FB, but each time you ' re busy upside down, running here and there as if your body might split into two, you ' ll see him staring at the computer screen and sitting so comfortably from the moment he comes in, after lunch until the end of his working hours!... My other staff and I are working like crazy, but these drama queens are making us hell... Although it ' s not a brilliant move, but that ' s our last resort if no improvement... She also did mention about the boss ' made-up ' sickness and alleged that this thing must stop, but I don ' t know if she ' s really going to do something about it... … View Post »
