A few years ago I first got the opportunity to go to Hawaii and experience first hand the sights, sounds and smells of Polynesia. What really captivated me, however, was the food. So many flavors, such diverse tastes, and such fresh high quality ingredients. When I came home, everything tasted so… BLAND.
So I’ve been collecting cookbooks and trying to find ways to bring a tiny bit of that taste home to the mainland. This blog is my attempt to capture that island magic and share it with all of you!
