Today is so boring day for me. I feel like doing nothing. Couch potato, I want to be lazy. I’m cold too. I have a couple of tasks today and I posted some of them already. I think my brain is so drained that I can’t think of a certain topic to write. I find it so hard thinking about what to write. Do you ever feel the same like I did? So boring and too cold :(

<p>We all know that the most in-demand jobs and career these days are those graduates in a Medical Schools. As a matter of fact many employers abroad are hiring such individuals. In my case, I want to get a certification from a <a href="http://www.medassistant.org/program_details.html ">Medical Assistant Schools</a> online and I know that St. Augustine School of <a href="http://www.medassistant.org /">Medical Assistant</a> is offering <a href="http://www.medassistant.org /">Medical Assistants</a> courses and other online heath care programs such as Nursing assistant programs, Nursing Aide programs and Home health care courses. I’ve heard they are more affordable than any other medical schools online. I want to try and inquire them about it and see how it works for my schedules. A friend of mine who works in the hospital is telling me that they’re hiring now and she wants me to go down and apply for a job but unfortunately I can’t because they require me to have a medical assistant certification. That’s why I want to go to school while I can so that later on whenever I get an offer with the same career I don’t have problem taking it because I know that I can be hired with no problem at all. I can’t wait to go back in school in my most convenient home. If you friends what’s to know more about St. Augustine School visit their website today!</p><p><a href="http://www.buyblogreviews.com/">

My husband and I think that this building is kind of not safe anymore. We used to have a good neighbor, respectful and sensitive in a positive way. After they moved out and new tenants are moving in but seems like they are weird. The last 2 tenants got warrant of arrest (drug issues) and now they’re loud late at night. Their bedroom is next to my son’s bedroom and every night they are becoming so disturbing to us. I’m not sure if they’re playing or whatever but they would bang on the wall many times and they kept on jumping so loud. The other tenant also who is on #3 they’re loud too. We can hear kids running around in the middle of the night. We love our apartment but the neighbor’s hhmmm I’m not sure about that. In the garage there is one car that is not moving at all and we didn’t know who’s car it is, we talk to the manager and he came down to check. Later on, we found out that no one claims that car, hhhmmm looks like it’s abandoned but we’re wondering who parked that car inside the garage. No one can get inside the parking area unless you have the key to get inside or open the gate. Someone should be responsible for that car. I suspect that one of the #5 tenant parked that car inside because I noticed that car after the previous tenant got arrested. The manager should towed that car.

The husband came home from work a little bit upset. Well, his not upset from us of course, he was kinda upset with his co-workers. Their boss told everyone that they will have get together lunch today and each worker must bring some goodies with them. My husband brought a dozen of soda. Now, he came home telling me that only two out of twelve brought something and the other guy brought apple pie. I asked him if he had his lunch and he said yes because their boss brought carne asada. At least they have their meal you know, good thing the boss brought his part. Anyways, I told my husband that it’s ok some people are not following instructions then. Just gave him a hug and kiss so he’ll feel better!

In order for you to be able to qualify for a property loan here in the United States of America you need to have a good credit record but most of the people here in the states are facing financial difficulties because of the mortage crisis and they didn’t manage their debt properly and eventually had their credit damaged. My husband and I went to Wal-Mart the other day and try to apply for their store’s credit card. We’ve talked to one of the male clerks and he was saying that he tried himself to get a credit card in that same store but unfortunately he was denied. He said that he has all kinds of credit and he is so sad that sometimes he misses paying them on-time and that really affects his credit rating. It’s really sad because he was struggling to pay them. He should consider help from a professional debt relief company or maybe applying for an <a href="http://www.cleardebt.co.uk/">IVA</a> which is a Individual Voluntary Arrangement. Its like a legally binding contract between you and the creditors you owe money to. Take cleardebt.co.uk for example. They are one of the best debt management companies that are willing to work with anyone who's struggling with overwhelming debt. Whenever we go to that store again I will tell him about this website so he can check it out for himself and see how it will benefit him. This website is cool because they even have a quick ClearDebt analyzer that will give you an idea on how much your debt’s are.

After all those warrant of arrest thing that happened a few days ago I think the person who rented the unit 5 will be moving out already because right now 5 guys are carrying and putting their stuff out (couches, beds etc…). So unit next door will be open for renting again. I think they didn’t last 3 months staying on that apartment. Hopefully the people who will rent in the future will be a good neighbor. Imagine the last 2 tenants who rented the apartment 5 are drug addicts and are chased by the authorities with a warrant of arrest. I can’t believe that myself either.

<p align="center"><a href="http://www.glitter-graphics.com/">Today is the very opposite day from yesterday because yesterday was raining, windy and the cloud was overcast, which means gloomy and sad. Today the sky is so blue and the sun is so bright, it’s kinda cold but better than yesterday. I hope that tomorrow will have this kind of weather too because we will be traveling up in the mountain and hangout as a family getaway. I’m excited. We already had the things that we need to keep us warm. We look for a sled but we couldn’t find any so we just bought a surfing board. I’m sure it will work just as fine as the real sled thing.

This early dawn I woke up from a loud noise saying “put him down 3x” and at the same time knocking on the door. First thing that came to mind was FIRE, so I hastily grabbed my son and we ran outside the front door. I saw the apartment 5 who is next to our door (4) door was opened and there’s people in there I didn’t noticed it was sheriffs. But I barely opened my eyes because I was sound asleep and I thought their Christmas tree is on fire or something like that so I dialed 911 but I hanged up the phone when I knew that nothing is on fire but it was some people got arrested for something. The 911 operator dialed back my phone and asked me what’s going on. I told her everything with my voice shivering. She told me to calm down and relay the message to her slowly, and so I did. She then said that they’re going to send the deputy over. There we’re 3 men handcuff and I don’t recognize their faces. They were not the people renting on that apartment; I guess they were friends or something. I’m not sure if it has something to do with the noise going on last night (I posted about it too <a href="http://jerlalou.blogspot.com/2008/12/i-thought-it-was-earthquake.html">click here</a>). Now the sheriff went through with their stuff inside their apartment and taking pictures for evidence.

I attended many weddings back home when I was still in the Philippines but ever since I arrived here in the States and been staying here for over 3 years now, I never experience how the wedding ceremony is like here in the United States. Well, so far no one invited us yet! However, whenever a friend of mine will be planning to get married and will ask some suggestion I will surely refer her to check out a <a href="http://www.weddingchannel.com/">Wedding Planning</a> website like the WeddingChannel.com because they help bride and groom to get their wedding right. They also provide the following; interactive planning tools, expert advice, inspiration photos, a local vendor guide, a patented online registry system, and more to make planning a classic, upscale wedding as easy and stress-free as possible. Anyways, I think gold <a href="http://monex.com/prods/gold.html">bullion</a> color would be a nice theme for the wedding. What do you think?

Oh dear! My husband and I are busy doing some things in our computer and all of a sudden the whole apartment is shaking. I hurriedly asked the husband what’s going on and he got up to check everything next thing we knew it was our new neighbor next door. We thought they we’re fighting so we called the manager of our apartment to let him know about it but unfortunately the phone was just ringing. A few minutes after someone knocked on our door and we asked “who is it” it was our neighbor next door apologizing us for making too much noise, they we’re saying that they were playing shadow boxing. Well they probably realized that it was too loud and the fact that our son’s bedroom is next to theirs so it was really disturbing to our son who is sleeping at that time when that happens. At least the neighbor next door knocked on our door to say sorry, that’s all we care. They admit that they were loud! Oh man, I really want to have our own house and not having to deal with this kind of noise.

It’s cold! I’m freezing right now, we don’t have snow here but it’s freaking cold. When the weather or season like this it makes feel like couch potato, I just want to lay in bed and cuddle with my warm blanket and pillow. It’s not what’s happening right now though because I’m online and making money so I have to stretch out and sit in front of the computer whether I like it or not. I asked hubby to buy hot wings over at Albertsons for dinner because I didn’t feel like cooking tonight and so as my husband. Although we have left over food inside the refrigerator we just didn’t feel like eating them as well.

I already got something for her and we’re going to pick it up this afternoon and hopefully send the box earlier than I planned. I’m excited though. While waiting we went next door which is one of my favorite stores called “Factory2U”. They sell all kinds of stuff at a very low price. You have to check it out maybe you have this kind of store in your area. Here in San Diego there are many franchisers of this store, you can see them everywhere. Many people prefer to go to this store because like I said it’s cheap. We didn’t shop there though, instead we went to Mervyns. Mervyns are like JC Penny’s and they are going out of business that’s why they’re giving 50% to 70% off.

Tomorrow… What’s tomorrow? Oh yeah, someone’s going to turn 30 years old. Yeah, I’m talking about myself. Hahhaha I’m not hiding my real age and I’m proud of it. 30 years of existence is really commendable. I can say that I’ve been through a lot “bad and good” and those helped me to become who I am right now. I’m so blessed with a wonderful mate and we are both blessed with a beautiful son. I guess I’m successful in my own way. Well, success really is not measured from wealth rather it is measured by “spiritual achievement” should I say. May spouse is very supportive physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Anyways, we don’t celebrate B-Days for some religious reasons. But thanks for reading this post guys ok.

First and foremost I’d like to thank my friend “<a href="http://www.jdmabelleverlasting.com/">Bel</a>” for giving me one of her domains. I appreciate it a lot. She actually asked me if I want one a few months ago but then I didn’t make decisions yet because I don’t know what do with it since I already authored 7 blogs plus 2 of my husband’s blog. We have a total of 9 blogs together. Last night she asked me again and I finally said YES. I thought might as well just give it to my sister so she can have her own domain. Please visit her "<a href="http://www.helplittlewill.com/">The scroll of my journey</a>" blog, although it doesn’t have posts yet just please check it out.
