But like many, Azad was disillusioned with Gandhi's suspension of the struggle in 1922 due to the Chauri Chaura massacre of 22 policemen. Although Gandhi was appalled by the brutal violence, Azad did not feel that violence was unacceptable in such a struggle, especially in view of the Jallianwala Bagh Massacre of 1919, when a British Army unit killed hundreds of unarmed civilians and wounded thousands in Amritsar. The Jallianwala Bagh Massacre deeply influenced young Azad and his contemporaries.

Normally in loco engines while running in a high speed, initially the brake cannot be applied (i.e) if the brake is applied means the loco wil stop running after some distance of travel,some times if sudden brake is applied the wheel will slip from the rail.So due to these disadvantages the new auto flash system had been invented.This system is connected to the brake,so even the train is running in a high speed if the brake is applied through this auto flash system the train will stop suddenly without any jerk. This is one of the major advantage of this system.After applying the brake the speed can be also raised through this system.</div>

With full of tears in my Eyes, i wish to discuss about the bachelors life. Its a life which contains both the happiness and difficulties, Its not an ordinary life which an ordinary person can enjoy it, this life can only be enjoyed by a person who is having the GODs grace. Let me discuss about the bachelors life in steps, We have difficulties in food, washing the clothes, living far from our parents and relatives. The food in the hotel is not suitable for us, But even in these situations, We are all enjoying by combining with all our friends. we all of them will eat the food in a single plate and then if we get free time means we all of them will go outside unitedly and we will enjoy it. So that i had been concluded about the bachelors life that , the difficulties in the bachelors life are less when compared with the life Of happiness, because happiness in the bachelors life are more so that start enjoying the bachelors life because the time of the bachelors life is less, But the enjoyment is more...

My one of the favorite friend is ANAND. He is one of the person who i met with the help of GODs grace, because i like him very much due to his good character, since i didnt me such kind of person who is behaving like a true friend to me, Although he had been three years older to me, he will be very frank to me, Even for past 3 years i dint meet such type of person, Like him i am having only five friends such as Sheik, Kaleel, Buhari, Syed, and Vijayan. these Friends including Anand were one of the part of my life.Like this i can say more about my friends but this blog will not be enough for me.

<div style="text-align: justify;">This is d next part of my life, after spending my shcool and college life under my parental guidance. I found my self under great pressure when I came to Chennai in search of job. It was a great experience for me when I started to attend Interviews. It was just a matter of luck in getting placed in interviews. Once I went to Coimbatore to attend the interview,actually it was an consultancy. They told that it they would give me the offer letter once you pay Rs 1200. Then me and my friends talked about this matter and decided to pay the money. The next day we went there and paid the money and they gave me a offer letter, but it doesn't look like a offer letter. It was just a white sheet with some information written in it. It was also not a print out it was just a hand written document. Then they asked us to go to their chennai office and get the original offer letter. Hearing their words we came to chennai and went to the address wat they told and we found that it was not all a company it was just a room with a guy sitting in it. Then we went to the guy and asked about the matter, the guy just acted as if he doesn't know any thing about the matter and later confessed to us that they were cheating the guys who comes to them. Then we handled the guy to the police and told the police everthing that happened. The polices then got a complaint from us and booked a case. I'm telling all these things because many of the companies are asking money from guys who come to them asking for placements. Actually the companies should give money to us for the work, dont give money to the company that asks money from us and dont get fooled by these kind of companies.... All the best for those trying for placements.......I again tell dont get fooled by the companies.........<br /></div>
