Hello everyone! I just want to let everybody know that I'm still very much around, lol. I've been away from blogging since the 24th and it is just so difficult to get into the usual online routine again. However, I officially resumed my EC dropping yesterday but I just literally dragged myself into doing it for all of my 6 blogs. I 'm happy that I was able to drop 300 EC's for this blog alone and few more hundreds on each of the other ones, whew! But with regards to writing paid posts, oh geez, my brain is just not into it yet. My body is just yearning to stay in bed for as long as I have the luxury for it. The holiday preparation and parties just worn me out. Good thing hb is still on holiday vacation.

I hope one of my affiliates will not ban me for letting lots of assigned tasks expired, lol. I just couldn't handle them during the holidays, my mind was so into the festivities and didn't care much about the few bucks that I will earn from writing paid posts. I just saw an email today from one affiliate that follows up on three assigned links that I wasn't even aware of. Is it obvious that I can't even check my emails too? Oh well, Christmas season comes only once every year and I want to spend more time with family and friends, so I had to set my priorities.

Anyway, I'm still working on getting into the groove again. I may also need some memory upgrade on my desktop as its slowness is adding up to my sluggishness, lol.

I haven't really tried taking any diet pills like Leptovox but sometimes out of desperation to lose weight quickly, I feel like trying one, lol. But on the second thought, I should probably go back to the habit of exercing daily again and take the treadmill out of the basement instead of it just collecting dust there. I used to exercise regularly in the gym but when I became a stay-at-home mom everything was put aside. My girlfriend mentioned about a nearby gym that takes little kids for baby sitting at a very minimal cost while the moms exercise. This is a great set-up. In my opinion it would be better to exercise in a gym away from home so I will have more discipline. I'm sure if I do it at home, I will be distracted by chores, phone calls and of course my little boy.

This has been a very busy week. I haven't had a chance to sit longer here so my EC dropping chore was somewhat affected. My apology to all my EC droppers for not reciprocating all your drops, I will catch up later. This is certainly the busiest season of all. There are just too many decors to put up, cards to send and gifts to buy. Today we're expecting a snow storm, though I still have a few things on my list to get, I'm very apprehensive to go out. I don't want to get stuck up somewhere in the middle of the snow storm. But the good side of this is I have some time to update my blogs now and do EC drops.

I would rather shop alone than with my husband because almost always he's in a hurry to go home after getting what he wanted. I love to still look around and compare prices aisle by aisle. And when I see kitchenwares and appliances I always forget the time. So that's when hb would follow me around so close I could feel his breath behind my neck as if giving me a hint to get out of the store already, lol. But when we go to electronics stores, the table is turned on me. Hb can stay in any electonics store forever, and it's my turn to die in boredom. Anyway, the only time we enjoy shopping together is when we shop for our little boy.

I've been wanting to do my holiday shopping but it's always sidetracked by other priorities. And besides, I would prefer to shop minus my son so I can get things done quickly. I was able to sneak out today and went shopping at Target. It was a busy chilly day, there were a lot of people in the toy department. I expected it anyway, so I looked up online on the items that I wanted to buy before driving to the store. But some of the toys in my list were not there just like what the website said, so I ended up browsing from aisle to aisle too. There are still more items I need to get so I'd probably go out again tomorrow.

Everyday, I hear news of layoffs and outsourcing of jobs overseas. It is very sad that some people close to me have been laid-off or are just counting their days at work. Unemployment rate in US is skyrocketing. I wonder what the new year will bring for everybody. I'm sure a lot of people will be displaced but if you browse online for jobs, there seems to be a lot available like Manhattan jobs. I just wish that there will be jobs waiting for people who lost their jobs this year, so they can start the new year in good spirit.

This is a tag from my good friend Carlota of Dashing Smiles. If not for an interim post requirement, I won't post my picture here, lol. Anyway, this was taken after I got back from my shopping. It was raining so my hair was kinda flat because of my raincoat hood.

Need I say more? I've been writing about getting me a diet pill to anticipate the effect of my pigging out this holiday season, lol. But of course I need the best diet pill there is, the one that is effective and affordable and with minimum side effects. I will never be the one who will cut back and suppress my appetite so I won't gain weight during holiday parties, lol. Christmas is my favorite holiday of all and I love everything about it, most especially the food and drinks.

.....to the family room where I'm finishing up on my Christmas decors and here in the study room where I try to write what comes to my mind. Not to mention I'm doing my laundry too. I've got 7 opps expiring in my three blogs today and I'm trying to finish one at a time when I get a chance. Everything is hanging, I will come up when I need something upstairs, then type some if I think of anything good to write. Talk about multi-tasking. And right now, my son is crying from his nap. I just put him in his bed few minutes ago, don't tell me he's ready to get up? Oh no, I need some more time to get things done. I hope I won't need to stay up late anymore tonight.

I didn't know that our state is in the 'state of emergency' till I switched-on the news. The wind was really blowing hard, I figured it will cause damages somewhere. Most places have lost power and trees were knocked down and still obstructing some thoroughfares. People are advised to just stay home and not drive anymore. When I checked our deck, I was amazed at how a stack of six steel deck chairs was moved about five feet across the deck so close to the stairs. Good thing it didn't fall, but the viynl cover was ripped off. My son has few toys on the deck and everything was in disarray. I'm not sure if there is something missing but the cover of the turtle sandbox was obviously not there. I looked everywhere and found it in the middle of our front yard. After this messy windy weather, we're heading for a chilly weekend in the 20's and 30's, goodluck to us ;-).

My hb was asking me what I wanted for Christmas, I couldn't think of anything yet. I feel like I have everything I need already. I guess if anything, I need to lose some weight, lol. Probably I should tell him I need alli weight loss diet pills since I'm planning to pig out this holiday season. Parties will be left and right again, and it is just hard not to pig out. After all this is just once a year so I shouldn't feel guilty about it (that's always my justification for eating a lot). Then I will just include in my New Year's resolution for the nth time that I will lose weight the coming year. Oh yeah, this just goes on and on and on every year, lol.

When I became a mom I learned the art of simplifying things. I want to simplify everything to get more things done during the day. Being a mom entails a lot of work in every department of the household, so if you don't learn how to simplify things, you will probably end up not finishing anything. But when it comes to buying products and services I want to spend some time to browse online to compare features and prices before I let go of my money. In times like this, one needs to be a smart and wise spender.

I have six blogs in all three of which are already monetized and they have given me quite an earning I can't really complain about. I'm still planning to purchase my own domain for two of my blogs so I am on a hunt right now for a web host to use. From time to time I can sneak in the computer and browse the net for the best one to get, but it is time consuming. It's good that there is Web Hosting Geeks site that provides a list of the top ten of the best web hosts complete with features and independent reviews from the people who have actually tried them. This is certainly what I'm going for, WebHostingGeeks.com just simplified my life. Now I can easily compare and make an informed decision.
