Despite the fact that on Christmas Eve I was still running around like a crazy woman while finishing up the last minute details, we had an amazing Christmas. Just seeing E.B. get so excited over everything about Christmas just absolutely made it such a special experience this year. <br /><br />The very best ornaments on the tree were made by E.B. Thanksgiving is always a welcomed holiday here around the Cracked House. My blogroll disappears.<br /><br />The new and improved one that Blogger provides, guaranteed to work with a Blogger template. The one that has been working fabulously so far. Until a day or so ago. So, <a href="http://www.mommycracked.net/2008/11/heeeeres-your-sign.html"><strong>if you've been following along</strong> </a>(and by the way, the comments you guys left had me rolling laughing), you know Cracked Daddy got scammed. But y'all...he just won't give it up.<br /><br />Yesterday he called me from work:<br /><br />Cracked Daddy: "Did he bring the money back yet?"<br /><br />Me: Um...no, honey. And he's not <em>going</em> to.<br /><br />CD: I reached him again on the cell phone and he said his truck broke down in _____ City and he'd leave it under the welcome mat before tonight."<br /><br />So I got the job of checking under the mat throughout the day, rolling my eyes to the heavens because I know That Man is not bringing our money back.<br /><br />I just wish Cracked Daddy could accept that.
