Happy New Year Everyone!<br /><br />I hope you all had a great time last night, I know I did.<br /><br />I had a nice dinner with my parents, since it was their Wedding Anniversary, then I went over to my friend's house. We had a great time. We hung out, played some games on the Nintendo Wii, and had a few drinks. My friend lives in the same Condo complex as me, so I didn't have to go far. There's nothing much to report on regarding my favorite TV shows since they're all repeats right now. I have to admit, it is kind of nice not having to worry about missing my shows during this busy holiday season. But I am anxious to see what's in store for the rest of the TV season.<br /><br />Some of the shows I can't wait for are:<br />Chuck, Heroes, Smallville, and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.<br /><br />Some really good comedies to watch are:<br />The New Adventures of Old Christine, How I Met Your Mother, and 30 Rock.

Yeah! Nick and Star won the Amazing Race!<br /><br />I'm so glad they won, they deserve it. They ran the race way better than any other team, I would have pissed if some one else would have won.<br /><br />I have to admit, in the beginning of this season, I wasn't really interested in the Amazing Race. Most of the teams were boring or annoying. Then, when there were about 5 teams left, I really started to get into it and started rooting for Nick and Star.<br /><br />As brother and sister you can really see how much they love each other, and how well they get along. We never saw them fighting like so many other teams, and ultimately that's what got them ahead in the game. It's all about teamwork, and they were the best at it.<br /><br />Congratulations Nick and Star!

I guess it's official. Madonna and Guy Ritchie are threw. They ended their 8 year marriage this past week in a London Courthouse. Madonna filed for divorce due to Ritchie's unreasonable behavior, whatever that means.<br /><br />Madonna, at 50, and Ritchie, at 40 years of age, have 2 children. Madonna has a 12 year old daughter, Lourdes, from a previous marriage. Apparently Ritchie is not trying to get a cent from Madonna, he just wants 50-50 custody of their children. Good for him.

Oh my gosh! Has anyone seen that new AT&T commercial with the creepy faces on the thumbs? That commercial freaks me out! I don't know who came up with that one, but they need to rethink their marketing plan. I wonder what SNL will come up with tonight now that the race for the Presidency has ended. I'm hoping for at least one more skit with Tina Fey as Sarah Palin. I'm going to miss her the most (not the real Palin, the Tina Fey Palin).<br /><br />Tune in tonight on NBC. Tonight's guest star James Franco, along with Kings of Leon. It seems like the snakes are running things at Cota now. And by snakes I mean Crystal and Kenny. Wherever they go, they manage to get rid of the stronger, better players. I guess in a way that makes them better players than the people who've gone before them.

So John McCain guest started on SNL this weekend, along with Tina Fey of course. McCain and Tina Fey as Palin did a great job as they pretended to be on the home shopping network selling their political memorabilia. The best part was when "Palin" went rogue and tried to sell her Palin 2012 T-shirts.<br /><br />Although McCain was good, Palin was just a tad better when she was on SNL. Especially during Amy Poehler's weekend update rap session. Palin was movin' and groovin' to the rap. She really got into it.<br /><br />Don't forget there will be a special SNL show on Monday which will feature a bunch of political sketches from SNL. Airing Monday 9-11pm PST, check your local listings.

Okay I think I'm done with the new Knight Rider. I used to love watching the old series from the 80s and I was hoping this newer version would be just as good, but I guess I was wrong. I can't bear to watch it any more.<br /><br />I'm surprised it's still on TV. NBC canceled the new version of Bionic Woman, and that was a lot better than this show. I can't imagine it staying on the air for much longer. But who knows, sometimes it sees like networks cancel the good shows and keep the crappy ones on the air.

So Sarah Palin did show up on SNL last weekend and she was pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised at her performance. Could it be true? Will Sarah Palin really guest star on SNL this weekend?<br /><br /><span style="font-weight:bold;">Damn I hope so!</span> I would LOVE to see Tina Fey and Sarah Palin head to head on SNL. Maybe Sarah Palin will do a skit impersonating Tina Fey. That would be great.<br /><br />Hopefully Palin will be as good at playing Tina Fey, as Tina Fey is at playing Sarah Palin.

Nicole Richie to guest star on Chuck (NBC Mondays 8pm) - Oct. 20 episode.<br /><br />If you haven't seen this show, you really should check it out. It's a combination of spy drama, and comedy, and it's one of my favorite shows.<br /><br />Watch it for Nicole Richie, and you may find yourself hooked.

I haven't been able to post any TV reviews or recaps recently since I was in Las Vegas last week. I'm so far behind, I still haven't seen Heroes from 2 mondays ago. I really need to get on it and get caught up. Once I do I will resume my TV commentaries.

Tonight on FOX they're airing Game 4 of the Major League Baseball's National League Championship Series between The Los Angeles Dodgers, and the Philadelphia Phillies. So, unfortunately there won't be an episode of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. But it should resume again next week.<br /><br />On NBC there will be new episodes of Chuck and Heroes.<br /><br />And on CBS new episodes of How I Met Your Mother and Two and a Half Men.<br /><br />Mondays are always a busy night for my VCR, but I'm not complaining. At least there's something good to watch on TV.
