This is a sponsored guest post written by Carl Schwartz on behalf of hotelicopter. Post powered by Sponzai.

Site publishers and bloggers now have a new content tool at their disposal. If you have travel content on your site, you now can embed detailed hotel information by location or specific hotel. This makes it much more contextual for your readers.

hotelicopter.com launched its latest innovation this week. Going beyond what is currently available, hotelicopter now gives any web site owner the ability to publish detailed, interactive hotel content on their site for free.

hotelicopter, recently named the emerging hotel meta-search site by Piper Jaffray & Co., helps travelers find amazing hotel deals worldwide, including for Las Vegas hotels, Orlando hotels, Chicago hotels, Los Angeles hotels, and New York hotels.

In three easy steps, site publishers can quickly enhance any travel- or event-related content they offer by adding hotel photos, star and user ratings, addresses, and average rates per night.

Here is an example of a specific hotel:

Create a hotel list of your own!Powered by hotelicopter In a recent report, Phocuswright discovered that simple booking engine widgets do not add much value on content sites such as destination marketing organizations (DMOs). The report goes on to state that booking engine widgets are not used very much on DMO sites (Phocuswright Destination Marketing: Understanding the Role and Impact of Destination Marketers; June 2009).This hotel content is perfect for:

- Web sites that publish articles about specific destinations

- Bloggers focused on specific cities and travel topics

- Event organizers who want to offer local hotel choices to attendees<?xml:namespace prefix = o />

- Sports organizations

- Family sites (weddings, reunions, parties, funerals, etc)

- School web sites

Pretty cool content to offer your readers. To start building your own hotel card widget, visit h2go.hotelicopter.com and follow the very simple instructions.

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Charter. All opinions are 100% mine.

We are currently using DSL at home with only 54Mbps and sometimes I have problems with the connection speed especially if more than two of us are accessing the internet. We are planning to shift to charter ultra fast 60Mbps. What I like is that they have the “triple-play” bundle where you can combine the cable television, high-speed-internet, and telephone services in one which I think is more convenient and more affordable for us, since currently we are paying it separately. We have different cable TV, telephone, & internet providers.During my free time I love to play and watch movies online. Sometimes I experience pauses and jumping while watching the movies with my current internet connection. I think having a bigger bandwidth is the best solution not just on the streaming speed but also when I will download and upload bigger files online.

One of the best facets of cable broadband service is that they have an always-on high speed internet connection and they have a greater potential of downloading abilities. You will definitely enjoy the streaming videos and audio presentation without the herky-jerky disruption and will experience the greater productivity, effectiveness, and satisfaction on the internet. Cable also offers a bundled discount for TV, Internet, and Telephone services and it offers a much wider service area.

I learned a new recipe today, “how to cook a turkey shepherd's pie”. The other day my husband brought home a shepherd's pie that he bought from one of his favorite restaurants. The shepherd's pie that he bought was made of lamb. I like the taste so I decided to make my own but instead of ground lamb I used ground turkey. I never thought that it will turn out so good and yummy. Here’s the recipe that I used. Ingredients:1 pound dark turkey meat , ground1/2 large onion , minced2 clove garlic , minced7 baby carrots , diced2 stalks celery , chopped1 can (14.5 ounce) tomatoes , chopped with their juices1/2 tablespoon chili powder1/2 teaspoon cuminFresh ground pepperLow sodium salt4 large potatoes3/4 cup buttermilk1 cup sweet peas1/2 cup light Swiss cheese for garnishCook over medium heat and brown ground turkey meats. Add the onions, garlic, carrots, and celery, and cook until just tender. Add the tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, and ground pepper and add salt to taste. Set aside.Peel and cube the potatoes, and place them in a saucepan. Add enough water to just cover the potatoes, and salt to taste. Boil the potatoes until they are soft. Mash the potatoes, add the buttermilk, and mix until fluffy.Using a casserole dish, add the turkey mixture. Top with the mashed potatoes and spread over the turkey mixture. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese and bake in a 350-degree oven until the cheese is bubbly and melted.

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Sponsored Tweets. All opinions are 100% mine.

I’ve been in the tweeter sphere for almost a year already and I just found out today that IZEA is launching its sponsored tweets. This is a new way to monetize your twitter account and a great way to enhance the content of your tweets. I decided to have an account in twitter for one reason and this is purely for social networking and nothing more.It is so easy to join, if you have already a tweeter account simply go to sign up for sponsored tweets and sign-in to your account. Click the allow button after you’ve logged into your twitter account. If you don’t have a twitter account yet, you have to go to the twitter website first and sign up for an account.

After you are done with what I had mentioned above, your next step is just to sit back and wait for the offers to spin in. You will be emailed when you receive a new offer. You will not believe that there are lots of celebrities who are participating in this program. As what IZEA says that twitter is a place were people either big or small can make money through tweeting. This sounds good and exciting to me!

This recipe that I will share with you may surprise you. It’s too simple to be good as they say. This is so straightforward. Here’s what you need.1 pound ground chuck (beef shoulder)2 onions, shaved1 teaspoon salt6 slices American cheese6 bunsMustardHeat a heavy, well oiled skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Loosely gather a handful of meat and slip it into the pan. Repeat a total of 6 times, working in batches as needed. The burgers should be free-form lumps. With the side of a spatula, push the burgers into a semblance of a round. After about a minute, pile on all the onions, add half the salt, and then, with a much force as you can manage, smash the onions into the meat.Drain some of the grease that collects. Sprinkle on the remaining salt. Arrange the cheese on top and cook until the cheese melts and you smell the onions start to burn. From Hamburger and Fries of John Edge

Last weekend, I went to Washington, DC to meet a friend. That was the second time I've been to DC. The first time I went there was last year during the US Independence Day. If you want to visit all the tourist spots including all the museums in DC, give at least two to three days and make a plan ahead of time, especially if you are not familiar with the area. One day is not enough to visit all the museums. Some of the magnificent landmarks in DC that we didn't visit are the Union Station, the U.S. Capitol, and the U.S. Botanical Garden. The Smithsonian Institution in DC is the world's largest museum complex and research organization composed of 19 museums, 9 research centers, and the National Zoo. Last weekend we visited only two museums, the American History Museum (History of science, technology, society and culture in America) and the Natural History Museum. You can also find lots of small gift shops in DC where you can buy a souvenir. How I wish that they had promotional products that I can customize but we never did find one.We also went to the Washington Monument and this is what it looked like in day time and when the sun starts to set.

Some people, even at a young age, already have poor vision problems. Treatment at an early stage is very important. Whatever the cause, vision changes should never be ignored. They can get worse and considerably affect the quality of one's life. There are many causes for poor vision. Some are very simple and treated easily by just wearing eyeglasses, contacts or by undergoing laser (iLasik) procedure. The common causes of vision problems include fatigue, overexposure to the outdoors (temporary and reversible blurring of vision), and many medications. It is very important that when reading, watching TV, or using the computer to take breaks and exercise your eyes. Be in a well lighted consistent room.I found out that Abbott Medical Optics Inc. (AMO), the global leader in laser vision correction, has this iLASIK Video Contest that you can win up to $5,000. It is so simple to join the contest. You just need to submit a video based on the category that they provided in the site. Make sure that the video will catch attention and anyone that sees it will say “You gotta see this video”. Make it spontaneous, interesting, funny and realistic. You can submit entries, view, or vote a video in this site www.GottaSeeThisNow.com.

Add the potatoes to the cold oil, packing them in tight until the oil almost covers them.Turn the heat to medium and fry until potatoes turn pale golden. For some people losing weight is not an easy process. Sometimes it became a struggle that they will do something drastic to see the instant result. Based on what I read the true secret to lose weight is to make small changes each and every day and you will not notice that you are slowly losing the extra pound that you don't need. I don’t believe that pills or those weird fitness gadgets will give instant success. Being healthy is the key, I read in The Healthy Bitch blog that she eats more fresh fruits & vegetables, whole grains, nuts and organic foods, which I think is more effective than taking dietary pills.Exercise is also an important factor in losing weight, but how much you need differs from person to person. Walking, taking the stairs instead of the elevator and doing the household chores can burn calories are great help as well.

What I like in the tea is its natural properties that can help to boost our immune systems, some say that it can prevent plaque build-up and will protect us against skin cell damage.I also like organic chocolate soy milk this serves as my replacement for cow’s milk because I suffer from lactose intolerance. Others also suggest drinking hemp or rice milk as an alternative but I have not tried these yet. For juice drinks, I prefer 100% tropical juices like pineapple, guava, mango, and oranges.<!--Session data-->

This will determine whether or not he possesses the required coordination, strength and speed of movement that is necessary for the service. I hope that he will be chosen as one of the 70 applicants to proceed to the police training. To become a police officer is his dream career and I’m happy that he is almost there. He use it as his working shoes while preparing for his physical agility test. The final evaluation of the qualified applicants is tough they will undertake the sequential conduct of the following examinations: (1) written competitive examination, (2) physical agility test, (3) neuro-psychiatric examination, (4) complete physical, medical and dental examination, (5) character and background investigation, and (6) final interview.

This article was posted by one of my friend in facebook. Thanks for sharing MsK, I find it so helpful and informative.I hope you will also take time to read this good article. AFTER YEARS OF TELLING PEOPLE CHEMOTHERAPY IS THE ONLY WAY TO TRY('TRY', BEING THE KEY WORD) TO ELIMINATE CANCER,JOHNS HOPKINS IS FINALLY STARTING TO TELL YOU THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE WAY .Cancer Update from Johns Hopkins:1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime.3 When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastrointestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size.. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.CANCER CELLS FEED ON:a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells.. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk cancer cells are being starved.c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines becomes putrefied and leads to more toxic buildup.13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.14.. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the bodies own killer cells to destroy cancer cells.. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.15.Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger, un-forgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.1. No plastic containers in micro.2. No water bottles in freezer.3. No plastic wrap in microwave.Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well. Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic. Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Cast le Hospital, was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something20else. Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons. Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead. This is an article that should be sent to anyone important in your life.

Last month we submitted all the papers that USCIS needed for the removal of my conditional status. We checked all the papers many times and made sure that we didn’t forget anything. Guess what, we forgot to include the check in the package. My husband and I decided to send the check a day after we submitted the papers (thinking that they may put it together, the check and the package). But even though they were just one day apart still USCIS sent back our package with the notice that they cannot process the papers without the check (oh well, we sent back the package together with a new check on the same day that they sent back the package). We received the original check back two days later. Two weeks later I received the first notice from USCIS that my conditional status is extended for one year (while they will process my 10 years residency). Yesterday, I received the second notice from USCIS about my biometric appointment. Unfortunately my husband is not available by that time (since he will be my personal driver..hehehe). So we are now trying to reschedule it. Based on the information that I got from visajourney.com this usually takes 2-4 weeks after the day of appointment. Hopefully things will go well. We are planning to go to their office and have a walk-in visit.

I am planning to use venetian blinds instead of curtains in the office room here at the house. Because they are easy to clean and maintain compare to those heavy curtains that we currently have. They not just improve the decoration but it also solves the purpose of providing us privacy and protects us from dust and sunlight. I’m still debating if which one is better (wooden, aluminum or bamboo). I like venetian blinds because it is much stronger, easy to clean and it last longer compared with other types of blinds. Currently, I'm searching online if where can I find these types of blinds in low cost. Looks like that Aluminum venetian blinds are more durable even though it is little expensive compared with the other two.

It is almost a month now that I never posted here in my blog site. Sorry guys, I got so busy lately with lots of stuff. Today, I want to share with you the beef chunk roast adobo that I cooked in Crockpot yesterday. I used the following ingredients:

• 4 lbs beef chuck roast,• 5-6 medium sized potatoes, diced• ½ cup soy sauce• ½ cup apple cider vinegar• ¼ cup water• 4 bay leaves• 1 tablespoon peppercorn• 2 small sized onions, sliced• 4 garlic cloves, crushed• 2 tablespoons sugarThis is so easy to prepare and no need for you to marinate it to make it tasty. I soaked the frozen meat in cold water for about 30 minutes to 1 hour and put it in crock pot since I don’t have time to wait until the meat is fully defrosted. I mixed everything except the diced potatoes. I cooked it in high in crock pot for about 4 hours then I put the diced potatoes and cooked it for another 1 ½ hour. I cut the meat into chunks after 4 hours of cooking, then, throw it back to the Crockpot together with the diced potatoes. The meat came out so savory and tender. Yum! Yum! Yum! Don’t forget to serve it with rice. Happy eating!

If you are an organization or a business owner that wants to have your own website it is very essential to look for what type of webhosting that will suit your company needs. The scale of the hosting services differs, the most basic is the webpage and small file hosting where files can be uploaded via web interface. If you are a company that wants a complex site you might need an inclusive package that offer database support and application development platform, a webhost that will supply an interface for managing your web server, like installing scripts and services like email. You can also choose if you want to have a web server that you have the full control or the other way around that you don’t have the full control but you are permitted to manage your own data via FTP or other remote management tools. The later type of webhosting that I mentioned is sometimes advantageous since it guarantees quality of service by not allowing you to modify the server that could possibly create configuration problem. Typically as owner of the company if you prefer this webhosting option you usually lease the server from the provider. In this site you can find customer reviews that might be helpful for you to decide which web hosting type you like.<!--Session data--><!--Session data--><!--Session data-->

Last September 15-September 18 was the final and our final project week for the Business Intelligence (BI) Training. The main purpose of our final project was to demonstrate our skills and provide real world deliverables. The only deliverables that they gave were the final reports. The design and implementation was left entirely for us. The first thing that we did was to determine what information was required for the deliverables. After we determined what information was needed, we designed a dimensional database in MS Visio out from the relational database that the company currently had. Using SSIS, an ETL package was created to extract the information from the two production databases, transform the data into a more usable format and load the data into the staging database that we created from MS Visio. We used SSAS to create the OLAP Cube, the calculated members and the KPIs that were used in the report. We used SSRS, PPS, and Excel to create the required reports. All of the reports were then deployed to the SharePoint site that we created. I took some of the screen shots of the report that I created and deployed in SharePoint. What I learned in this Final Project was that it is very important that you clearly understand what deliverables really are since the initial design will determine the overall success of the project. It is also equally important that you understand the layout and the data within the production database, the requirements of the staging database from the deliverables analysis created, what is the best handled during the ETL process, and what is best handled within the cube.<!--Session data--><!--Session data-->
