Sometimes I like to work from the laptop while sitting on the couch. And when I do work from the couch, I am usually joined by at least one of our fur babies.
Who then goes on to try to get my attention!
This entry will serve as both my Tuesday, and Wednesday editions of WW
Please note that I do try to make sure that I visit the site's (if given) of everyone who comments here as the "you comment I follow" rule is an important one to me.
Cheers!

1. What was the last thing you laughed at? Would you say you have a great sense of humor? What sorts of things make you laugh in general? Would you say people “get” your humor?
My sense of humour tends towards the absurd. I laugh at all sorts of things that other people might not find so funny. I know that some of the things I find funny are in poor taste, but I can't help myself. Lets just say I have a "gallows humour" and leave it at that.
2. How many pieces of jewelery are you wearing at this very moment? Do you wear jewelry every day, or only on special occasions? What is your favorite piece of jewelery? Tell us the story behind one piece of your jewelery.
None. I do wear jewelery daily, but take them all off before bedtime. My favourite pieces of jewelery are all costume as I enjoy having fun with them ie: giant glass rings. I do own higher quality pieces like my great-grandmother's diamond earrings that I inherited, but I only wear those on very special occasions.
3. If you could offer one piece of etiquette advice that everyone should follow when dining out, what would it be?
Give an appropriate tip to your server. When I was much younger I occasionally moonlighted as a banquet waitress, and its tough work for low pay. If you cannot leave a minimum tip then stay home to eat.
4. What are the first three things a guest would notice when they walked through your front door?
1. There are an awful lot of skeletons in our home (and I don't mean the type you hide in a closet)
2. We read A LOT of books
3. And of course, they would be greeted by two small, and very cute dogs.
Thanks so much to Karen for putting together another fun meme. Why not play along
Have a great week everyone!
Cheers!

I got this tropical flowering plant several years ago from my grandmother's funeral. It was part of a large basket of planets, and my uncle gave it to me. When the initial flowers fell off a couple of weeks after the funeral they never grew back. No matter what I tried including moving its location, special plant food, etc, nothing seemed to work in getting it to flower.
Then in a weird bit of coincidence guess what I saw on the morning of Christmas eve! I say these tiny flowers are a good representative of hope.....
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Happy Weekend, and Happy Photo Hunting in 2009!
Cheers!
