Scrap designer should invest in quality graphic editors... I like Photoshop, other enjoy Paint Shop you can also use one of several scrapbooking software like mentioned on this product review... Does your software allow plugins or little programs to give your editor extra functions... People just starting out with scrapbooking might not be inclined to spend large amounts on software so I recommend giving The Gimp image editor a try... My advice is to invest in something powerful but keep in mind the more powerful editors take a little more time to master but the end results will be superior...
