<div style='font-style:italic;' class='uawbyline'>By N J Baulch</div><br /><div class='uawarticle'>For some people, fishing is just a pastime, but for others among us, it is a serious sport. However you perceive it, fishing is enjoyable when you have got the proper accessories to use.<br /> <br /> Here is a list of a number of items to think over.<br /> <br /> Often there is a nice spot to fish from the shore of a lake, stream or river. Other times, you will need to consider what kind of transportation you will need to get over the water.<br /> <br /> A small rowboat without a motor is considered a good kind of boat to use since you can stand up in it to cast. Although it is best to row to the spot where you intend to fish, a small trolling motor is handy for travelling some distances.<br /> <br /> Heavier fishing boats with outboards are also recommended, but a boat with higher sides is better as big lakes and broad rivers are susceptible to winds that can produce huge follow up.<br /> <br /> You can additionally obtain or build a boat targa top which provides for you to remain standing below cover whilst bait casting and catching fish, while also giving rod holders to store your fishing rods. This is an accessory that is superior than a bimini top and conveniently lowers downwards into the boat.<br /> <br /> It is a very good aim to have some relief from the sun and it is good to secure shield from the wet weather and a bimini setup or a boat targa top is excellent for the job.<br /> <br /> You also need to pick out some quality footwear. This becomes especially important if you are going to fish by the side of a lake. Hip boots are the most practical for this as they can be rolled down if you're not wading.<br /> <br /> As you will note, while hip boots can also be great for stream wading, hip waders are usually optimum here. When wanting chest-wader boots, choose those that have somewhat of a a loose fit. Using waders that fit too tight can reduce leg movement and unwarranted pressure on the seams could leave you dripping.<br /> <br /> You aught to opt for a jacket accompanied by big pockets for carrying lure containers and some tools. A hat with a visor is a n excellent aim for the reason that you will have your eyes on the lake and require some type of shelter.<br /> <br /> The insatiable angler has three main stashes of lure and fishing tackle-quarters containers. The number one group is for the house reserves, the following and bigger one for the boat, and a third bunch is for the motor vehicle. With that mechanism, you will constantly be backed up in the event of a losing something or some mishap.<br /> <br /> It is logical to get a big store when the fishing season starts, so you will have plenty on hand, especially if you enjoy night fishing.</div><div class='uawresource'><div style='font-style:italic;' class='uawabout'><br /> About the Author:<br /> </div><div class='uawlinks'>Enjoy fishing in comfort with <a href="http://biminitops.com.au/">better than a bimini top targa</a>. <div style='font-style:italic;' class='uawbyline'>By Caleb Lee</div><br /><div class='uawarticle'>Do you really need to eat 6-8 small meals to keep your metabolism revved up so you burn fat all day and keep a steady stream of nutrients flowing to build lean muscle?<br /> <br /> If you've been around the fitness scene for any amount of time, or have read some diet books or articles, you would think the solution to this one is a simple yes " but the reality is<br /> <br /> The 6-8 meals a day Advice Is A Myth!<br /> <br /> The advice is based on studies done around the thermic effect of food (TEF). You see, whenever you eat, your body uses about 10% of those calories (total) to provide energy just to digest the food<br /> <br /> When this was found out, people misinterpreted the research by saying the more you eat (frequency) the more calories you'll burn all day but this was a mistake because the math doesn't work out.<br /> <br /> * Six pint-sized meals of 300 calories (6-300) = 1800 calories total.<br /> <br /> * Each meal you burn 10% of calories = 30 calories burned with each 300 cal meal<br /> <br /> * Total cals burned due to TEF = 180<br /> <br /> So compare that to a normal diet of 3 big meals:<br /> <br /> * 3 Big Meals of 600 calories (3-600) = 1800 calories total.<br /> <br /> * Every single meal you burn 10% of calories = 60 calories burned with every 600 cal meal<br /> <br /> * Total cals burned because of TEF = 180<br /> <br /> So you see, if the calories are equal, it doesn't matter how you cut them up " you're still burning the same amount of calories and changing your metabolism the exact same way no matter how you eat frequently.<br /> <br /> Will Eating More Frequently Bring About More Lean Muscle Gain?<br /> <br /> The quick answer is not at all. Eating protein continuously in reality triggers your body not to produce it as much. Eating more total calories WILL result in building extra muscle but the meal frequency has not much to do with it.<br /> <br /> More critical for lean muscle gain is the timing of your meals, specially the post workout meal needs to be first-rate to let people know that you're getting high-quality nutrients into your body when it needs them the most.<br /> <br /> Will Eating Fewer Meals Lead To Muscle Loss?<br /> <br /> A lot of guys who lift weights consider (and I used to) that not eating 6-8 meals per day will put your body into a catabolic state. Which means because you're not eating loads of food and keeping the levels of amino acids in your blood elevated your body will utilize your muscle tissue as fat.<br /> <br /> This is not true either nonetheless not as far as you've heard. Because although you just eat one large meal each day, it can take up to 12 hours to digest" gradually releasing amino acids into your bloodstream the whole time.<br /> <br /> When Must You Eat 6-8 Meals<br /> <br /> So as to achieve a LOT of weight " you need to boost your calorie intake to gain weight and put on muscle, thus if you're an extra-large guy and you have to eat 5,000 calories a day to put on mass it might be easier on your stomach and digestive system to consume 5,000 calories broken up into a set of lesser meals.<br /> <br /> If you're making use of loads of energy " If you're a top athlete who burns a ton of energy like Michael Phelps who consumes to 12,000 calories each DAY and eats like an elephant. Likewise guys in the military in boot camp frequently eat as much as possible when they get the chance but still turn out losing weight<br /> <br /> If you love it - A number of people may possibly feel more satisfied 6-8 eating lesser meals each day grazing for their food intake. I'm not one of those people but more power to you if you are.<br /> <br /> I guess being knowledgeable about this will definitely help you feel enriched in your chase for better fitness, I know I believed this false report for a LONG time because practically the whole world put in a good word for it.<br /> <br /> What Do I Do For My Part?<br /> <br /> I put into practice occasional fasting. And I HAVE A THING ABOUT it. I vary between a warrior diet style eating schedule (when I'm sustaining my weight) and the lean gains eating style when I'm focusing on increasing muscle mass.</div><div class='uawresource'><div style='font-style:italic;' class='uawabout'><br /> About the Author:<br /> </div><div class='uawlinks'>Obtain complete reviews on <a href="http://banishyourmanboobs.com/ultimate-gynemax-review">ultimate gyne max</a> and <a href="http://banishyourmanboobs.com/ultimate-gynemax-review">gynemax buy</a>. </div><br /> </div>

<div style='font-style:italic;' class='uawbyline'>By Dorthy Weatherbush</div><br /><div class='uawarticle'>You are fat. Chubby, chunky, husky, robust, rotund, plump, portly, large, stout, stubby, blubbery, flabby: fat. Look in the mirror, at your pants size, on the scale. Perhaps it crept up on you one fast food lunch at a time. Maybe you've always been heavy. Either way, you've decided; today is your day. Your road to skinny starts now. <br /> <br /> But how? There are of course the usual answers. Diet, exercise, and eating right. Of course, you respond. I knew you were going to say that. Everyone knows that, it is obvious. But really, how? What diet, which exercise? What if you don't succeed? Well, you'll just be fat, the way you are now.<br /> <br /> The hardest part of losing the weight will not come to you in the gym. Sweating will not be your demise. Your downfall will come slowly. You will be excited at first, but then the doubt will set in. Or the worry, or the time constraints. What can you do to circumvent all of these things? What is the miracle answer behind finally dropping the weight that has been holding you down too long? The answer is so simple. The road to thin just got a little less treacherous. <br /> <br /> The single most important factor to ensuring a successful weight loss is this: determine your why. Why do you want to lose the weight? Of course you want to be healthy or look attractive, but what truly guides your desire. Think deeply: envision yourself thin. What are you doing, where are you going, what are you wearing? This is your answer. Write it down. Flesh it out until it is exactly, precisely the moment you are working toward. <br /> <br /> If you want to be healthier, more beautiful, and keep pace with your children, you 'why' may be "to roller blade at the park with your kids wearing your new pair of hot pants." Make it real for yourself. Keep it in a journal somewhere. Write down at least 10 good 'whys'. Now that you have them written they are in stone and easily referenced. Use these as motivation to continue on your journey and as a reminder of why you are doing what you are doing. Is it a vacation that you want?<br /> <br /> A photo of the tiny seats on European public transportation will be a good reminder for you to stay on you treadmill. A JCPenny's catalog in the take out menu drawer will magically remind you to eat a salad. Your weight loss journey and the motivation it takes to succeed are very personal, but your 'whys' shouldn't be. Tell you 'whys' to the people closest to you. Sharing your goals will help to hold you accountable and help you to succeed. <br /> <br /> No matter what you 'whys' are, your answer lies within yourself. Your reasons why you want to lose weight will be ultimately the driving force behind all that you do in your life. Your 'why' will get you out of bed in the morning, or off the couch in the middle of the day. It will tie your shoes. It will make that salad look like a burger and make those sore muscles feel like a day at the spa. Armed with your own personal secret weapon, your ticket to weight loss is not far away.</div><div class='uawresource'><div style='font-style:italic;' class='uawabout'><br /> About the Author:<br /> </div><div class='uawlinks'>This and many other articles on the subject of weight loss were written by Ms. Dorthy Weatherbush, and expert in the science and psychology of successful weight loss for women. <div style='font-style:italic;' class='uawbyline'>By Joseph Aaron</div><br /><div class='uawarticle'>If you are a professional athlete, you will definitely want to own the Garmin Forerunner GPS 201 watch. It has a huge selection of special components for the athlete. It comes with a GPS sensor, an electronic map, exercise session change and reversal capabilities, calorie tracker, lap details and record, performance archives, auto stopwatch with auto-lap and auto pause features, lap timer, pace alert, distance alert, free Training Center software, a flexible wristwatch strap, and an A/C desktop charger with a serial port.<br /> <br /> The GPS 201 is perfect for a professional as well as a more casual athlete. It mainly works to help you manage the rate and tracking aspects. This unit offers plenty of plus points, but its worst drawback is that it does not work predictably. This is the only reason it is hard to consider it perfect. Its dimensions of 3.3 ? 1.7 ? 0.7 make it appear more bulky than a normal fitness watch; actually it is lighter than it looks, weighing in at only 2.8 ounces. The watch is waterproof and therefore may be worn by swimmers or by athletes in rainy or damp weather conditions.<br /> <br /> The GPS 201 can keep a lap record history of as many as 5000 laps and comes with a lot more features that you are able to adjust to match up with your own wishes and individual requirements. A very important feature the watch offers is the Training Center Software. This is the perfect tool for you to use to save your performance stats and can also let you see how they have varied along your path, especially if you have worked out at different elevations. The Virtual Partner component allows you to set standards that you desire to attain. You just need to compare your current workout session with that of your friend.<br /> <br /> The GPS function of this 201 model is put down by many users because the signal can be fickle at times. In addition to that, they also tend to find fault with the irregularities in components such as altitude and pace readings. This model does not have a heart rate monitor. Currently, when most of the computer interfaces can work with a USB, this model falls to the back of the pack with a serial port facility.<br /> <br /> The wristband of the Forerunner 201 GPS Fitness Watch is adjustable, allowing you to flaunt the watch around your wrist or your upper arm as you choose. Its LCD display screen is easy to read in well-lit conditions as well as in the shadows. The rechargeable lithium alloy battery can remain charged for 14 hours before losing power. It seems to be quite alright for runners, but may not be quite adequate for biking, etc.<br /> <br /> Overall, the Garmin Forerunner GPS 201 is a watch with a lot of benefits. The training Center software and the Virtual partner features warrant special mention. Ultimately, its patchy GPS signaling is its only flaw.</div><div class='uawresource'><div style='font-style:italic;' class='uawabout'><br /> About the Author:<br /> </div><div class='uawlinks'>Take a look at Joseph's site for comprehensive reviews, ratings and bargain shopping of the <a href="http://www.garminforerunnerreviews.com">Garmin Forerunner 201 GPS Fitness Watch</a>. </div><br /> </div>
<div style='font-style:italic;' class='uawbyline'>By Ernest Cisneros</div><br /><div class='uawarticle'>The Lower Laguna Madre is a unique bay system for fishing because of its overwhelming amount of sea grass. This area has far more grass than anywhere else on the Texas coast, which can make for a challenging and rewarding fishing experience. Hopefully I can help you to navigate this grass fishing style better so that you can catch more of this regions trophy fish like redfish, speckled trout and snook.<br /> <br /> The Laguna Madre is full of sea grasses that are home to many marine creatures. The flourishing algae on our part of the coast has made a major impact on the success of our fisheries. The sea grass beds are not only home to marine life but also serve as structure and ambush points for our local fish species. <br /> <br /> In other parts of the Texas coast getting hung up in grass is not a major problem, but down south where the grass beds can be found in a variety of species and cover over eighty-five percent of our bay system can be a good thing and a bad one at the same time. A major dilemma for anglers that are not used to fishing the lower part of the Laguna Madre is to keep a soft plastic fishing lure off of the grass. <br /> <br /> One particular species of grass, the Thalassia testudinum, can be the most difficult. Locally this grass is known as turtle grass, and whether you are an experienced angler or new to the region it can cause all sorts of frustration if you aren't used to it. Turtle grass is found especially on both sides of the Intracoastal Waterway.<br /> <br /> The ability to keep your lure right above the grass is critical to your success. You want to keep your lure in the strike zone at all times. When fishing in grass, the trick is in the position of your rod tip and your retrieve. Most of the time keeping your rod tip at a forty-five degree angle will work, but when the grass is thick, a slightly higher position on your rod tip works best. <br /> <br /> This next step can be the hardest to learn, but will make a huge impact on your chances of catching a fish. The key is to keep the lure constantly moving when you are over these grass beds so that it stays on top and doesn't fall down into the grass blades.<br /> <br /> Everyone has their own technique of retrieval. Mine is so weird that when fishermen try to mimic my retrieve, they wonder how tired my arm gets by the end of the day. My lure is always in constant motion. If its not going up, its going down, all in one action of my rod tip. Most anglers jerk up two to three times and then let the lure drop. That technique is very successful. <br /> <br /> Whatever technique you use, the important thing to keep in mind is that the lure needs to keep moving in order to not snag the grass. It may take hours of practice to get this method down but I assure you it is worth it. Also, watch the people fishing near you. If you see someone who isn't getting caught in the grass then pay attention to how their rod tip is moving and their retrieval rate. Don't be afraid to experiment and practice different methods, that is usually the best way to get better. In time you can become an expert at working fishing lures over grass areas and hopefully catch more fish.</div><div class='uawresource'><div style='font-style:italic;' class='uawabout'><br /> About the Author:<br /> </div><div class='uawlinks'>Captain Ernest Cisneros is a Texas Fishing Guide who specializes in wade fishing for trophy speckled trout, redfish and snook in the Lower Laguna Madre. <div style='font-style:italic;' class='uawbyline'>By Todd Martin</div><br /><div class='uawarticle'>There are a lot of different sizes and hardness when it comes to buying wheels for a skateboard. Skateboard wheels are made from rubber like substance called urethane. The size and hardness of the wheels have a result on the softness of the ride on a skateboard, how excellent it maneuvers, in addition to its momentum. These wheels are generally 52 mm to 60 mm and consist of their own ball bearings fixed. Street skateboard wheels are extremely hard, which permit them to slow down fast as well as gather energy as you move about. Park wheels are by and large made of a soft urethane for superior grip and hold. Current skateboard wheels are bidirectional, with the design of they be able to be fasten in at all direction unlike the wheels on a car or the back wheel of a motorbike. It means that if the ends start to wear, you can spin the wheels and make use of them on the other side. Skateboard wheels are fasten to the trucks by hex head axle bolts in addition ABEC (or a different company's) ball bearings to offer the free rotating movement.<br /> <br /> <a href="http://www.goskateorgohome.com/skateboard-trucks.html">Skateboard trucks</a> are axles attached to a baseplate. Most trucks are made from an aluminum alloy and they are very strong. Trucks come in many different shapes, sizes and colors. Trucks are made from cast metal and allow the skater to turn the board. Depending how tightly the nut on the kingpin is secured, the trucks can be loose or tight just like the suspension on a car. The main purpose of having trucks that are not fixed is to enable you to turn or "carve" without lifting your front wheels off the ground. The looser your trucks are, the further you will be able to lean in one direction or the other.<br /> <br /> Skateboard wheels do not merely retain your skateboard rolling but are dependable for keeping you on your feet as well, while you engage different terrain. Wheels are fixed to the axles of the trucks by way of a hex bolt moreover there are 8 bearings, two fit into each wheel with a spacer among these bearings. <br /> <br /> The skateboard wheels come in different sizes, from 48 to 100 mm, and different hardness. Most skateboard wheels, like mentioned above, are made from urethane, and have a hardness rating stamped on the wheel for example, 95a or 100a always with an "a" after the number. The higher is the number the harder the wheel. For example, a 101a wheel is harder than a 95a. So a good choice for street riding might be a 100a or 101a. A 95a would do well on ramps and in a skateboard park.<br /> <br /> So, a skateboard is made up of three main parts, the deck, the trucks like <a href="http://www.goskateorgohome.com/skateboard-trucks-royal-skateboard-trucks.html">royal skateboard truck</a>, and the wheels. The deck is the flat part on top where you plant your feet. The trucks are bolted to the bottom of the deck. This is your suspension and axles for the deck and wheels. The wheels bolt onto the ends of the trucks and include wheel bearings so the wheels can spin. Wheels come in different sizes and hardnesses to help you custom tailor your ride.</div><div class='uawresource'><div style='font-style:italic;' class='uawabout'><br /> About the Author:<br /> </div><div class='uawlinks'>For every skateboard requirement, do visit Todd Martins site for high quality <a href="http://goskateorgohome.com/">skateboards</a> and <a href="http://goskateorgohome.com/complete-skateboards.html">Complete Skateboard</a>. </div><br /> </div>

<div style='font-style:italic;' class='uawbyline'>By Jim Reynolds</div><br /><div class='uawarticle'>Many people need to lose some weight, that's a fact. Look around where people gather, you'll notice the fat. Look in the mirror, unfortunately you'll likely see it there too. If you've made fast weight loss your goal, keep a few simple things in mind to take off the pounds quickly and safely.<br /> <br /> When people want to lose weight one of the most common things they do is to skip meals. Hey, if eating fewer calories is the goal then why not skip breakfast or lunch. Doesn't weight loss come with eating less calories? That's correct but skipping meals isn't the right way to reduce calories. Your body thinks it's being starved when you skip meals. It goes into "starvation" mode. It starts to retain fat to counteract what it perceives as a shortage of food. Another problem with skipping meals is that when you finally eat you'll be a lot more hungry. The result is binge eating. Skipping a meal plus binge eating, then, will likely result in eating more calories and the body gaining even more weight from those calories than normally. It's the worst of both worlds. Don't skip meals.<br /> <br /> Have a plan on how much to eat. Portion control is just as important as eating the right food. Too much of even a healthy food will still result in weight gain. It's hard to do when large portions are so common. Restaurants and even most people in home cooking serve portions far larger than needed. Sources such as the FDA list recommended daily allowances. If you must eat out, keep portion size in mind. Don't eat the full portion served at the restaurant, or order less than a full meal, such as soup and a salad.<br /> <br /> Replace white foods such as white bread, white rice and sugar with whole grain foods. Whole grains are lower in fat and higher in nutrients. The fiber in whole grains helps you become full faster, and feel fuller longer. Also whole grains contain many nutrients that are often lacking in people's diets.<br /> <br /> Consume more water. Drink it instead of juices and sodas which add about 90,000 calories to the average person's diet each year. Drink water between meals too. In fact, the goal is 8 glasses of water each day. It's easily possible. Drinking water will also promote health in general by keeping you well hydrated and cool.<br /> <br /> In order to maintain proper blood sugar eat healthy snacks between meals since the body needs food every three to four hours. Healthy snacks also help control eating at meal times.<br /> <br /> Fast weight loss isn't impossible with a little knowledge and planning. It won't be long before you're slimmer and trimmer.</div><div class='uawresource'><div style='font-style:italic;' class='uawabout'><br /> About the Author:<br /> </div><div class='uawlinks'>To read more about <a href="http://acai-berry-complex.newacaireview.info">acai berry diet</a> visit the site. </div><br /> </div>

<div style="text-align: justify;" id="lw_context_ads"><br />The origins of the modern game of Tennis (known as Lawn Tennis) trace back to the late 19th century in England. After its initial rise in popularity with the French nobility, tennis spread throughout Europe, becoming particularly popular in England. As in France the game became recognised as the sport of kings. Henry VIII was a very keen player and built a court at his palace in Hampton Court, still used today by Real Tennis enthusiasts.<br /><br />In those days Tennis was generally played on a natural grass court using wooden racquets strung with cow’s gut. Whilst court surfaces and racquet string technology have changed throughout the years, the fundamentals of the game have remained unchanged.<br /><br />Developing your own game to the best of your ability requires attention to four main areas of the game.<br /><div class="fullpost"><br />The first area is technique. Technique is simply the method by which one hits the ball, and is the most fundamental aspect of the game. If a player does not possess the skill to be able to hit the ball and have it reach the other side of the net, then there is no possibility to progress to the other areas of the game.<br /><br />A coach will normally teach a particular technique be applied to the various strokes that can be used in the game, such as the Serve, Volley, forehand and backhand strokes. Technique can also be somewhat individual to the player, depending on their physical stature and natural playing tendencies. Although a coach may teach all of his students the same technique, a player has their own individual style which will eventually shine through. The John McEnroe serve is an example of this.<br /><br />The next fundamental area of the game of Tennis is playing the ball. Put simply, for every ball that is hit over the net, there is an appropriate shot to be played back. A coach will teach a return shot designed to achieve the best advantage for the player making the shot, and to put the receiving player at the most disadvantage.<br /><br />The third area is playing the opponent. This area is the observance of the opponent’s style and ascertaining strengths and weaknesses in their game. Some left handed players inevitably have a stronger style of play on that side than a right handed player does, whilst others may have a stronger backhand side. Equally some players are stronger on hitting the ball well from the back of the court, but may not be confident approaching the net. Others may have a weak serve accompanied by strong volleying skills, whilst some players may have a well rounded game, without any particular strengths or weaknesses.<br /><br />The fourth area is where the ball is playing you. This is the most advanced stage of tennis where there is simply focus on the ball and allowing all other three stages to flow naturally. One could say that a tennis player is one who has developed themselves through these four stages of the game and arrived at their natural ability.<br /><br /></div></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /><!-- AddThis Button for Post BEGIN --><br /></div><div><script type="text/javascript">addthis_url='<data:post.url/>'; addthis_title='<data:post.title/>'; addthis_pub='metha';</script><script src="http://s7.addthis.com/js/addthis_widget.php?v=12" type="text/javascript"></script></div><br /><!-- AddThis Button for Post END -->
<div style="text-align: justify;" id="lw_context_ads"><br />When you think of sunshine golf locations Spain and Portugal come to mind, but golf holidays in Turkey are going to be catching them up in 2009. This is in part thanks to the huge investment in the country’s tourism that has seen some splendid courses and hotels pop up in recent years. But it’s not just the golf that makes Turkey a quality holiday choice…<br /><br />The Golf<br /><br />Golf in Turkey has received massive financial investment, and it’s a testament to how far the country has come in such a short time that the Turkish Golf Federation – only established 12 years ago – have won the rights to host the World Amateur Golf Championship in 2012.<br /><br />Although courses are being built around the country, I would recommend focusing on Belek with its impressive density of quality courses. The pick of these are National, Sultan and the Nick Faldo course at Cornelia. Gloria New and Old are lovely tracks too. In fact, there’s not a weak one on the circuit and they all provide good holiday golf with the all-important near-guaranteed sunshine. There are enough courses for a fortnight’s vacation and all but the most serious golfer will come away very, very satisfied.<br /><div class="fullpost"><br />The Hotels<br /><br />The hotels around Belek really push it from a good to great place for golf holidays.<br />The hotels offer fantastic facilities and friendly and efficient service for a surprisingly low cost. Worthy of special mention are the impressive six five-star hotels which are well placed for Belek’s courses: The Gloria Golf Resort, the Cornelia Deluxe Resort, Sueni, Kempinski The Dome, Sirene Golf-Hotel and Maritim Pine Beach Resort. Serious rivals to what is offered on the Algarve and Costa del Sol in terms of quality and service.<br /><br />The Climate<br /><br />Warm, dry weather is perfect for golf holidays and Turkey doesn’t disappoint. It can be too hot to play in the summer but from February to June and September to November, the weather is ideal and even December and January are a whole lot nicer than the UK spring months!<br /><br />The Culture<br /><br />Before you even consider the golf, Turkey has a rich cultural history and it’s a truly amazing experience just to wander the towns and cities taking in the elaborate architecture and cultural heritage. There is a huge amount to take in and the various museums and galleries are great for culture buffs. And for those who want light culture with blissful relaxation, the legendary Turkish Baths are well worth a visit.<br /><br />The Food<br /><br />Turkish cuisine is far more than a “kebab”. Meze (or appetisers) is what the country is best for – a choice of hundreds of small dishes ranging from cheese with melon to a variety of stuffed vegetables. You’re sure to find something to your tastes with the huge variety available!<br /><br />Turkey golf breaks are definitely on the up and the combination of fine golf, great accommodation and culture means that the destination should be on everyone’s lists.<br />Take a golf holiday in Turkey… Before everyone else does.<br /><br /></div></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /><!-- AddThis Button for Post BEGIN --><br /></div><div><script type="text/javascript">addthis_url='<data:post.url/>'; addthis_title='<data:post.title/>'; addthis_pub='metha';</script><script src="http://s7.addthis.com/js/addthis_widget.php?v=12" type="text/javascript"></script></div><br /><!-- AddThis Button for Post END -->

<div style="text-align: justify;" id="lw_context_ads"><br />Every golfer is unique in terms of their physical attributes and swing type. The historically high costs of purchasing a set of custom fitted golf clubs has until now prohibited the normal player from improving their game.<br /><br />The traditional process of custom fitting has involved tailoring a golf club to match an individual swing type – ensuring the club is square at impact to produce a long, straight shot. The entire process of custom fitting from sizing to building can take up to three weeks before a player can reap the benefits of custom fitting. The cost of a standard custom fitting process can also be prohibitive – not only are you paying for the time of a professional golfer and club builder, the actual components of the club – unless purchased direct from the manufacturer in sizeable quantities can also inflate the final cost.<br /><div class="fullpost"><br />Until now the entire custom fitting process was manually intensive. The Internet has allowed manufacturers like Forgan of St. Andrews to provide an online custom fit service for its golf clubs. As the world’s oldest manufacturer of golf equipment – it seems fitting that its latest innovation is set to revolutionise the custom fit market in the 21st century.<br /><br />Forgan has leveraged its expertise and knowledge of golf club manufacturing in developing a streamlined custom fit process – available from its websites – forgan.co.uk and forgangolf.com<br /><br />To custom fit your golf clubs you need to know the following attributes: Gender, Right or Left-Handed, Height, Wrist to Floor measurement, Swing Speed and Glove Size. A complex formula is used to calculate the appropriate shaft length, including the player’s height and wrist-to-floor measurements. A tall player with long arms can for example require shorter golf clubs than an average height person with short arms. Swing speed and gender are combined to determine the custom golf club’s shaft flex, whilst glove size determines the type of grip most suitable for the player. Professional golf club engineers then build the golf clubs to the precise specifications required for true custom fit golf clubs.<br /><br />There are different methods of custom fitting available on the market – usually dictated by the golf manufacturer in question, ultimately all manufacturers including Forgan of St. Andrews are trying to improve your game.<br /><br />Custom fitting won’t cure all your miss-shots – coaching is certainly recommended for ironing out problems with your swing and address. If you do however make a good swing, a custom fit golf club will arrive correctly at impact and will produce a straight shot on target – that alone will save you shots during a round.<br /><br />The for mentioned manufacturer of golf clubs in this article – Forgan of St. Andrews was established in 1860; today, golf clubs from that time are still some of the most collectable in existence. Today’s custom fit components from Forgan are produced from the highest quality materials – featuring the latest technology and innovation – synonymous with the brand. Since its launch the manufacturer has secured the services of international legend Ian Woosnam and European Tour champion David J Russell (‘DJ’). The endorsement of such players can only reinforce the manufacturer’s intention to produce the finest golf clubs, custom fitted to the players exacting standards.<br /><br /></div></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /><!-- AddThis Button for Post BEGIN --><br /></div><div><script type="text/javascript">addthis_url='<data:post.url/>'; addthis_title='<data:post.title/>'; addthis_pub='metha';</script><script src="http://s7.addthis.com/js/addthis_widget.php?v=12" type="text/javascript"></script></div><br /><!-- AddThis Button for Post END -->

Before you scream, read on in the article and I'll get back to this.<br /><br />Goldust - who cares?<br /><br />Roddy Piper will be voted in just because he's Roddy Piper. Same reason as Stone Cold. Hopefully they move the belt off of Santino, have Piper lose it to a super heel (like when he and Flair lost the World Tag to Rated-RKO), and then retire again.<br /><br />Roddy Piper wins the Intercontinental Championship.<br /><br />Yes, I've never seen a Honky Tonk Man match<br />I came on to the wrestling scene back during JBL's uber reign, leading to Cena taking it from him at Mania. I was channel-flipping and I came across it. Not everybody is the guy who's been a fan for sixteen years, has this piece of merchandise, remembers how good this guy was, and hates WWE type of marks. I'm an 'it comes from the heart, with censoring from the brain' mark, hence why these articles are called Heart of a Phighter.<br /><br />I never had a guy say, hey, watch this match from the Honky Tonk Man. I've heard about Hogan slamming Andre. I get the general idea. I get that 'Taker was good in his American gimmick, do I care for him to return? No. He's getting something everyone else gets - and that's getting old.<br /><br />Whatever. Back to my article. I'll write more on this when I think of it. Or I get thirty messages in my inbox saying,<br /><br />Speaking of getting old<br />Victoria's thinking of retiring. I've been wanting her to retire, since she's been working the female non-Italian Santino Marella role for about two and a half years. Like I've said, I can't stand comedy segments unless they're really funny.<br /><br />Top 25 since Royal Rumble<br />WWE Magazine did a little something like this, I've decided to copy and paste in order, using the superstars provided at their ranking tool, who's 1-25 and give reasoning.<br /><br />#25 Santino Marella (WWE - 25)<br /> Beth Phoenix<br /> Intercontinental Championship<br />-Losing nearly every match before getting sent into this push<br />-Remember Cousin Sal?<br /><br />I hate this guy. I've made this clear multiple times. Beth Phoenix and the Intercontinental Championship are good, but being made into the jobber of a celebrity's cousin (not even a celeb, the celeb's cousin), and losing everything else, well, I can't say I like this guy at all, and that he's only on here because he won a belt.<br /><br />#24 Ted DiBiase (WWE - 24)<br /> Cody Rhodes<br />-Mic skills<br /> 2 World Tag Team Championships<br /><br />Team Priceless has been doing great as of late, but it's late for DiBiase to make enough of an impact. He'll be higher, next time I write this probably, but that isn't for a long while. He beat Cena and Batista and Hardcore Holly for the championships.<br /><br />#23 Zack Ryder (WWE - 19)<br /> Curt Hawkins<br /> /- La Famila<br /> WWE Tag Team Championship<br />Lame superstars who won gold and were pushed for some stupid reason. They can't talk, act, or wrestle.<br /><br />#22 Curt Hawkins (WWE - 20)<br /> Zack Ryder<br /> /- La Famila<br /> WWE Tag Team Championship<br />See Zack Ryder.<br /><br />#21 Cody Rhodes (WWE - 15)<br /> 3 World Tag Team Championships<br /> Ted DiBiase<br />-Hardcore Holly<br /> /- Getting slapped too much<br /><br />I don't know whether to see getting slapped so much as a bad or a good thing. 3 World Tag Team Championships are impressive, even if you did have to beat just one guy to win one. Even if you betrayed that guy at a PPV, as he was your tag partner. Even if..you removed one of the guys who was an okay wrestler, but I miss anyway. He beat Cena and Batista and Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch for the other two.<br /><br />#20 Chavo Guerrero (WWE - 21)<br /> La Famila<br /> ECW Championship<br />-WM24<br /><br />Face it, he's fun to hate. He plays his character good, he just has no where to go, except being a jobber to big guys while huddling around Vickie Guerrero.<br /><br />#19 The Great Khali (WWE - 16)<br /> Hmm..height?<br /> Translator<br />-What have you done this year?<br /><br />He's kind of dominant, except his opponents that he has won against have been lackluster. Not my favorite superstar, on here just because he wins, and that WWE had him as one of the people I have to pick.<br /><br />#18 Shelton Benjamin (WWE - 11)<br /> US Championship<br /> New gimmick<br />-Lacking mic skills<br /> New finisher<br /><br />He'd be an all-around package if he could talk. That's why he gets only #18. Next time I write this he'll either be off it altogether, or somewhere like #12. He needs to learn how to speak on a microphone.<br /><br />#17 Kofi Kingston (WWE - 8)<br /> Fun to watch<br />-No good feuds<br /> Intercontinential Championship<br /> Won Match of the Night at Night of Champions<br /><br />He's fun to watch with his 'controlled frenzy'. I hate quoting Michael Cole, but he's good enough that I'll mind. He had the match of the night at NoC, even if HBK had to be a run-in to make it happen. He's here to stay, too.<br /><br />#16 Mark Henry (WWE - 5)<br /> ECW Championship<br /> Tony Atlas<br />-Bending things<br /><br />Mark Henry bending things looks oh so scary..kiss your replica ECW Championship, Mark, as that's the only reason you're high at all. Otherwise you're like #40.<br /><br />#15 JBL (WWE - 18)<br /> His energy drink<br />-What's a win?<br /> Main event status on the A show<br /> Multiple title shots<br />-Stock market<br /> Defeated Superman in a Parking Lot Brawl<br /><br />Yeah, he defeated Superman, came out with an energy drink, has main event status on the A show, and multiple title shots. The problem is I can't remember his last win before/after Superman.<br /><br />#14 John Cena (WWE - 7)<br /> Superman<br /> Royal Rumble Winner<br />-Injury<br />-Lost Wrestlemania 24 RAW Main Event<br /> World Tag Team Championship<br /><br />His injury has done him no justice, and he didn't come up big in any of his title shots. #14 for Superman, probably closer to his normal #2 spot next time.<br /><br />#13 Kane (WWE - 10)<br /> WM24<br /> ECW Championship<br />-What's a win?<br /><br />Kane has been a victim of his losses. He was dominant, and now he's Rey Mysterio's latest big guy to be an underdog to.<br /><br />#12 The Miz (WWE - 23)<br /> John Morrison<br /> Dirt Sheet<br /> WWE Tag Team Championship<br />I can't say a negative thing about him, except he needs to become bigger as an entertainer. A 'moment' to cement him as a top superstar, is what I mean.<br /><br />#11 John Morrison (WWE - 22)<br /> The Miz<br /> Dirt Sheet<br /> WWE Tag Team Championship<br />See The Miz.<br /><br />#10 Matt Hardy (WWE - 9)<br /> US Championship<br /> ECW Championship<br />-Entertainment<br /><br />Wow, Matt Hardy didn't do anything bad this year, unlike his brother. Yet his brother his higher, (both on this chart and in..let's not go there), seems like he needs to pick up his entertainment skills.<br /><br />#9 Randy Orton (WWE - 14)<br /> WM24 RAW Main Event Winner<br /> WWE Championship<br />-Injuries<br /><br />Those things, known as injuries, have kept Superman and Orton out of the top five. You can't really do anything about them, either. Orton was a great WWE Champion, until he lost it to inflate Triple H's ego, and then broke his collarbone during the rematch. Then he reinjured it on a motorcycle. Oh well.<br /><br />#8 CM Punk (WWE - 2)<br /> World Heavyweight Championship<br /> Money in the Bank<br />-Never doing anything to earn credit for those accomplishments<br /><br />Let's face it. Punk won the most lackluster Money in the Bank, and then he never cleanly defended his championship. He was a World champion, and a Money in the Bank, so that gives him some credit. But he also gave us the oh-so-annoying "Edge got Punked" sign for about a month.<br /><br />#7 Batista (WWE - 6)<br /> Main event status<br />-Jobber to Champions<br /> Title contender nearly always<br /> /- Injured Superman on Superish-Looking Powerbomb<br /> World Tag Team Championship<br /><br />Let's face it. Batista is only not a contender when he has lost a match saying he can't be one while this champion has his reign. The problem is: He's a jobber to the champions. He was still good enough though to shear through most other people to steal seven, however.<br /><br />#6 Chris Jericho (WWE - 17)<br /> World Heavyweight Championship<br /> Feud of the year so far: (Shawn Michaels)<br /> Sacrifice of JeriTron and Highlight Reel for his gimmick<br /><br />Face it, as much as I don't like it, Jericho's here to stay, and he's right now just doing everything right. I can't say much more, as that's just what it is.<br /><br />#5 Triple H (WWE - 1)<br /> WWE Championship<br />-Losing Wrestlemania RAW Main Event<br /> Stephanie<br /><br />A sort of off half year for Triple H, usually he would have won like six main events by now that actually stuck in our heads. Whatever. He's got Stephanie, and that's all that matters.<br /><br />#4 Jeff Hardy (WWE - 12)<br /> Entertaining<br /> Jumping off things<br />-Extracurricular Activities<br /><br />I think the activities have cost Jeff more than once. Drinking before his plane trip hasn't cost him, I think WWE gave him his virtual title to see if he'll slip up. They'll give him another half year before he gets another title match, just to see if whether or not he'll go, "Hey, WWE isn't using me, and I probably won't get caught, I'm going to use this substance." Let's hope he doesn't.<br /><br />#3 Shawn Michaels (WWE - 13)<br /> Raw Main Event Status<br /> Feud of the year so far (Chris Jericho)<br />-No title victory<br /><br />Yeah, Shawn's just waving around going, "Hey WWE, I'm getting older." WWE right now is doing what they did to Flair pre-retirement streak days. You know what that is? Misuse him. He should have at least beat a Santino Marella for a championship by now.<br /><br />#2 Undertaker (WWE - 4)<br /> Won the Wrestlemania Main Event<br /> World Heavyweight Championship<br />-'Injury' from TLC<br /><br />Yeah.. 'Taker's getting older too. His things with Vickie are now getting too old. Maybe he'll shoot up. Who knows.<br /><br />#1 Edge (WWE - 3)<br /> TLC Match<br /> 2 World Heavyweight Championships<br />-Lost the Main Event at WM24<br /> Had promo of the year at WM24<br /> La Famila<br /><br />Yeah. The promo talked about how Edge watched Hogan lose when he was a child, he made us believe he could end the streak, the TLC Match was off the hook. He had La Famila for the year, since at least November. That was great for him, and it made him the top heel for the year.<br /><br />-The Wresling Game<br /><br /><br /></div></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /><!-- AddThis Button for Post BEGIN --><br /></div><div><script type="text/javascript">addthis_url='<data:post.url/>'; addthis_title='<data:post.title/>'; addthis_pub='metha';</script><script src="http://s7.addthis.com/js/addthis_widget.php?v=12" type="text/javascript"></script></div><br /><!-- AddThis Button for Post END -->
<div style="text-align: justify;" id="lw_context_ads"><br />Tennis racquet string tension is a commonly misunderstood issue but a very important consideration for your racquet. What racquet string tension should I use? Well, when it comes down to it, it really is a matter of personal preference, but here are some guidelines and facts to keep in mind. First, there is generally a tension range that is provided by the tennis racket manufacturer and is usually located on the throat of the tennis racket. If you ever find yourself unsure or struggling to decide what tension, a number smack dab in the middle of the recommended racquet string tension is usually a good one to start with. You can then increase or decrease your string tension until you find something that feels good.<br /><br />Since all tennis rackets recommend different tensions (they are generally somewhere in the 50 or 60 pound range), there is not one tension that can be recommended. You can only use the following guidelines. Lower tension increase power and higher tensions increase control. With a lower tension, the racket acts almost like a trampoline. The ball hits the racket, the strings quickly form a small pocket (relative to the tennis string tension) and your swing and strings shoot the ball out of the pocket. Obviously, this is a little over exaggerated, but it is a metaphor to how the strings respond with a lower tension. This all results in a little less control.<br /><div class="fullpost"><br />Racquet string tension that is on the high side causes the racquet to act more like a board or "brick wall". This tight racket string tension causes the ball to flatten out more, which allows the strings to have a better bite on the ball. This, in essence, provides more control. Many players prefer tighter strings but it does have a board like feel that you may not like. It is also important to keep in mind that racket string tension will feel different with different rackets. Some tennis rackets are flexible while others are stiff. Your current tension may feel very different on a different racket even though they have the same recommended string tension.<br /><br />Tennis string tension really becomes a matter of personal preference and trial and error. And it starts all over again if you get a new tennis racket. So just remember the basics:<br /><br />1. Higher string tension means reduced power but more control<br /><br />2. Lower string means more power but reduced control<br /><br />Now that I have said all of this, I will throw a kink into the mix. These guidelines really apply to those tennis players who are past the beginning stage of tennis and are a more intermediate or advanced player. A beginner could be hitting balls all over the place but a higher or tighter racket string tension is not going to help them out with better control. A beginner would most likely benefit from a lower tension because the strings will be more forgiving and help with the number of off center hits that they have. I would suggest that a beginning tennis player stick with the mid-range string tension that is recommend for the tennis racket.<br /><br /></div></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /><!-- AddThis Button for Post BEGIN --><br /></div><div><script type="text/javascript">addthis_url='<data:post.url/>'; addthis_title='<data:post.title/>'; addthis_pub='metha';</script><script src="http://s7.addthis.com/js/addthis_widget.php?v=12" type="text/javascript"></script></div><br /><!-- AddThis Button for Post END -->
