It is claimed to be merely an estimate, but multiple stores such as best buy, EB Games, and Amazon claim this is the day when pre-releases will be shipped. 1 question….WHAT TOOK SO LONG:
Advantages to delayed release dates:
*Less Glitches
*Artists and Programmers have more time to add additional content so it doesn’t look thrown together
*and….Anticipation grows among gamers. So far no riots, so all is well.
Just some of the reasons being claimed for delaying a game that hasn’t seen light for more than 5 years.
Ya, Exams…..Need to Study, I can’t even outline a decent article explaining why. EXAMS! Back to studying, thanks again for understanding.
First of all, I didn’t know there were that many gaming awards out there. The orange box is nothing new tho. Its basically just a bunch of games thrown into a few CD’s. None of them are released initially with the Orange box. Never Mind, I can’t say that.
Revise: The orange box is a bunch of NEW games thrown into one package. Team fortress 2 was released around the exact same time. But enough criticizing! The Orange box is ONLY $39.99, all those games like Half life 2, Portal, and Team Fortress 2 we be valued around $200 and there selling it for a small percentage of that. I have friends who bought the orange box even tho they had most of the games on it, they just wanted 2 or more of the games on it and basically said it was cheaper than buying the individual games. I fell the pressure to buy to because I don’t have portal, or Team Fortress 2. Yes, I know I’m missing out…..
Point being, The Orange box has won more awards than any other game, and yet I still don’t have it…..brb, *End of post*
This Engine is a great engine for beginners and for advanced users. I have been fiddling with it for the past week and have been very impressed and confused.
The plus side:
-Great Scenery (quality)
-Great Models (quality)
-Easy in game build options
The down side:
-Poor quality for their models
-Alot of issues with the scripting Ex) Couldn’t get that stupid audio emitter to work
-Expensive ($1200 for the advanced version, Commercial)
The last week my internet has been down for no reason, so just another excuse for the blog……. Shaw…..Need more to say?
Another day gone, and not another post. I apologize again, but lets just see how busy I was:

I often don’t like to cut and paste content from articles that I didn’t write, so here’s the original Link towards the original article I base my critical analysis on:

I should have seen this coming, we all should have. After Apple entered the market for cell phones, it sent shock waves through companies like Nokia, Motorola, and Samsung. But RIM, the company who makes blackberry’s is not going down without a fight. RIM has recently introduced the Blackberry Bold which is sure to make any smart phone owner have more than a simple craving ambition to chuck their phone out the window and go stand in line for a brand new Blackberry Bold.
In my opinion I think Apple is moving a bit to forward, exploring more market places than the average corporation. As good as this may seem for business, it could lead to suppression of competition within many other markets. Speaking about competition that exactly what the Blackberry Bold is intended to do.
What does this mean for you?
-Better products
-Better prices
It may hurt the business man behind the big desk, but its sure to give consumers a chance at owning a really cheap smart phone. A half decent smart phone is at least $300, but with a little competition and consumer choice those prices could drop as much as 50%. But it may be a few years before the heat increases between corporations and businesses start competing for your dollars. Until then, I’m pre-ordering my Blackberry Bold right now.
Gears of war was a great game to play before halo, so maybe this will follow in its footsteps. Sorry for no other blog posts today, but I’m a bit busy in life and I’m currently making a few other reviews with software. Other than that I encourage everyone to check out this clip:
Social Spark seems to be working out for the best for everyone, I haven’t tried it but am trying to. But at the moment i apparently don’t meet requirements.
Heres what they sent me:
——————
1) Bigger blog than anyone else’s you have accepted
2) We are indexed by google what are you talking about???
3) This blog is almost a YEAR OLD- not less than 90days!! While installing some scripts it corrupted the theme and destroyed the blog So I had to start from scratch……..If any employees at socialspark.com are reading this, please reconsider.
For now tho, I encourage any blogger or advertiser to give this a try. It looks simple enough and has huge potential when marketing between advertisers and bloggers.
Just thought I would throw this out there to all who were interested, but recently a Japanese first person shooter game is being released. I applaud the Japanese on this one. The commercials I’ve seen about this don’t say much but hopefully this video from Gametrailers.com will:
