Recently, someone rang our door bell and hubby thought it was some package delivery, but it wasn’t. It was some guy who told us we owed the heating company some money and he was here to cut it off if we refuse to pay. Oh well, that would have been okay if we owed them hundreds of bucks. We looked at the notice and it was only $51 or something. Unbelievable. It’s not like we’re running away from it.
People around here are complaining how tremendous they actually get billed for especially during winter. Anyway, we called them up and paid through the phone. Issue solved and the man didn’t have to show us his wrench. LOL. Talking about heating bill, let me look up some furnace filters. It’s about time to change what we have had for quite sometime now.

I don’t feel myself in the morning. This happened very recently after that migraine episode. Whenever I get up I feel nauseous and a bit dizzy. I’ve been very passive about eating breakfast in the past days and it must be the result of my own action. I did some reading about it and it may be a hypoglycemia or low blood sugar. I hope it’s nothing serious and I must see the doctor soon before the end of this year anyway.
I have to ask about this condition. I know my body well and I can tell this isn’t something that I don’t want to worry about. I need some treatment as soon as possible. I know I couldn’t be pregnant and I don’t want to. Anyway, I have to find out about this. I do make sure I eat breakfast every morning after that migraine attack as I was assuming it was from hunger and dehydration. Talk about lazy. hahahaha

I went to the nursing information session last Wednesday and it was all worth it. I am now doing some of the preparations to apply for the college I wanted. I did ask a couple of friends about their experiences and it really helped a lot. I am looking forward to actually doing the first step after making sure my transcript of record is evaluated.
I had e-mailed my university where I took my degree years back about forwarding my academic records to the evaluator. I’m just hoping they could do it in time as soon as I got the correct information so I could send my request in a timely manner. Oh well, going to school again is pretty exciting and a little challenging. I hope I can achieve my goal. For now, I have to check on batteries for my netbook. I’m sure I will be using it a lot when I do my homework someday. Yikes!

I have a friend in Louisiana who came to visit here last month. I was really delighted as we have not seen each other in a while. I think it was two years ago when we last saw each other before she finally got her visa angflew in the US to be reunited with her husband.
Anyway, I had told her that someday we might go visit her and her hubby at their place when we get the chance to go down south especially when we prefer to go to Florida for a vacation and perhaps see a little bit of the state and look for a new orleans discount hotel. Oh well, I would definitely look into that. But, I’m sure it may take a while before it happens.

We’re watching Project Runway right now. This was our favorite, but I missed few seasons after having a baby. Hubby and I both like it. We usually get along when it comes to TV programs except for sports. I let him watch golf and baseball to his heart’s content and I don’t complain. I just don’t watch it with him a lot. I watch a little though when I feel like it. But it’s no big deal. We pretty much have the same taste when it comes to the kind of programs we like to pay attention to. Tonight’s the finale of PR. It’s pretty exciting. In fact, I’m going to watch it right about now.

I’ve finally decided I’m going back to school. I have to do a lot of things in preparation for the spring class which is in January. I think I will be a better student this time around. When I went to college years ago, I was just eager to finish it without really working hard. I wasn’t ambitious. I didn’t have an objective as to what I really wanted to become or what I wanted to do in life after school. I know it’s not very late to start over again, but this time, I have the focus and a goal. I know I wanted this. I have to do something and make it work! First things first, I have to get the best wrinkle treatment there is in the market to cover up my age. Hehehe.

We live really close to schools. It’s quite convenient for us when the right time comes for our boy. I’m sure they all have school alert system around here. Well, time flies. Pretty soon I will have to get my little one ready to go to school, assist with homework and all. I can’t imagine what it’s going to be like. I used to complain getting up for school myself as a child. Sooner or later, it will be my turn to train my child to get up early for it and be a good kid in class. Oh well, I look forward to that. Parenting is more complicated than I thought, really. LOL.

Some people are content being alone in a country they only adopted. I guess because they aren’t that sociable or simply because they don’t want to let others know about their personal lives at all. I wanted to have friends around here. In fact, I was so desperate I got a little bolder than I thought and approached someone I hoped I would build a good friendship with. But, to my dismay, I think she doesn’t really need or wanted one. Well, I don’t wanna go into details about it. I just wanted to talk a little about having friends as I was thinking back the times I had spent with my old friends in my younger years in the country I originally came from. Do you have a lot of friends? What do you do together?

Hubby is all the time concern over his weight. Just this morning, he was again complaining that he gained weight. I don’t think he did but he knows as he weighs himself every morning before taking a shower. He is just funny though. I don’t really mind because he isn’t fat. Then he refused to eat anything for breakfast.
I guess it’s a good thing. I won’t be worried too much on what to make for dinner either. He complains my cooking is so good he usually asks for seconds. Now he says no more seconds, but keep the dessert. LOL. He doesn’t need weight loss pills at all, but I might suggest that to him this time.

Almost all of the leaves of the trees are now down. The weather these days gets colder as winter approaches. Another year is about to end. Well, it means a new year is coming and everyone is looking forward to it, no? I have no idea.
It just seems like time is really going real fast. Life is fast. There’s no holding back especially when it comes to aging. LOL. I am not afraid of it though. I’m glad humans mature as they aged. That means humans make better and responsible decisions too — I hope.
Anyway, just the thought for the day as a lot of people are counting down to Christmas. Have you made your wish list yet? I think I might include glass tile on mine. What for, you ask? Oh, how I love them for my bathroom!
