I am back! It was an amazing break and yes, I missed you. So to make up leaving you, I am going to share with you my adventures – in photo format.
We flew into Salt Lake City and drove up to Yellowstone National Park – taking the back roads, of course!
On the way we stopped in Ogden and ate lunch at the Pizza Runner. We had vegan Calzones and Big K cola. It was AWESOME! The calzones are so huge, I ate all mine but Mylie T worked on hers for a couple of days.
I highly recommend, if you are ever in Ogden, to hit up Pizza Runner.
They are located at 3017 Harrison Boulevard.
After stuffing ourselves I wanted to take a nap but Mylie T said we had to get to Yellowstone and we still have 9 more hours to go.
We had a total blast on this trip. We saw so much wildlife, snow and volcanic elements it was amazing. So, I am going to share the photos with you, instead of writing an hour long essay about the trip. If you want to hear about the trip – tune in to Zombie Popcorn Radio this Sat. at 7pm-9pm (EST) to hear about it.

I was lucky enough to have the day off on Thursday so I decided to go see Paranormal Activity, since it is the big buzz movie of the month and I know our listeners would like to hear what we at Zombie Popcorn thought of the film.
I went to the 11:50 show and as I got to my seat I saw that there was no one else in the theater, but I did arrive early so I figured that would change. When the previews began I was surprised to find that no one else had entered the theater. So I was excited, I thought to myself, “Well, if I were going to be affected by this film this would be the perfect setting, in a dark place, all alone!”.
The film begins with Micah buying a video camera and shooting random things around his house. We are then introduced to Katie, his girlfriend and we discover that the camera is to be use to record them while they are sleeping because they have been hearing strange noises at night. The entire film is seen through the camera, which is not very original since we have seen it done by the likes of Cloverfield, Diary of the Dead, and The Blair Witch Project.
As the movie progresses, we see Micah and Katie meet with a psychic and, and Katie explains that she has always felt the presence of something since she was a young girl (shadowy figures at the foot of her bed, whispers saying her name, and weird sounds in the middle of the night). The psychic states that he deals strictly with ghost and that is appears Katie has a demon problem and that she should seek help from a demonologist. Micah (like the macho guy he is) decides that they should try and deal with the issue themselves, and the psychic warns him not to torment the demon or thing will get worse.
From here on we get a few good scenes of he couple sleeping and strange things happening in the middle of the night, a pretty cool scene with a Ouija board that builds tension between the couple. None of the scares are very effective I have to say, anyone that is a fan of horror can see the scares coming. I personally found myself laughing more than being frightened. Another thing that bothered me was that between the scare scenes they failed to keep me interested, while moving about the house I constantly found myself thinking “Wow, the layout of their house is amazing!!” and could care less about what they were talking about.
By the end of the film were are seeing more intense interactions with the demon, and Micah does exactly everything he is NOT supposed to do to make things better. Honestly, I would venture to say that Paranormal Activity (while much better) is The Blair Witch Project, in a house. It does deliver a much better ending than Blair Witch, which made me happy, and the scares were a lot more effective in a home environment, because that is where a person is supposed to feel the safest.
I would give Paranormal Activity a 6 out of 10, while I didn’t feel like it was a waste of money, the film still ceased to impress me, probably because it has been done before. I do see why people are liking this film and it does make a good movie for the Halloween season, but all in all it was very predictable and even in the most perfect of situations, in a dark room all by myself, it failed to scare me.

Oh how I love Halloween. It is by far my most favorite holiday. I love the weather, I love how it gets dark earlier and I love all the horror stories that come out from the wood work around this time.
As you know, I am going to be spending Halloween in Yellowstone and will not do a Zombie Popcorn Radio show this Saturday. So I thought it would be nice if you wanted to curl up with some hot chocolate, a blanket and your friends in front the radio and listen to some old and classic horror stories. The radio this year will be Zombie Popcorn Radio and the stories are as follows:
- Night of the Living Dead – Rare Radio Adaptation
- Edgar Allan Poe read by some pretty famous people, including Christopher Walken and David Bowie
- Vincent Price reads a collection of horror stories, including Edgar Allan Poe
- Boris Karloff tells tales of horror
- H.P. Lovecraft
- Anton LaVey’s The Satanic Mass
- Great radio horror movie trailers and advertisments
- Sounds to make you shiver
- and so much more.
I know you want to listen and know you want to go trick or treat’n so I am going to make sure these stories are played until Monday evening. This way you will have time to hit up the haunted houses and then kick back at night and listen to the horror masters tell you tales of fright.
When does it start? Well, if you are reading this – it is happening right now – so what are you waiting for? Tune in…. or are you afraid?

Tomorrow (Friday) I leave to spend Halloween weekend in Yellowstone National Park.
This is the last weekend before they close the park for the season. I am really looking forward to spending time out in the middle of nowhere with all the snow, the animals and of course, Mylie T.
Weather reports say it will be snowing all weekend so maybe we will get snowed in and end up like good ol’ Jack from the Shining.
Thinking of all the snow reminds me of the new Norwegian zombie film, Dead Snow. If you don’t know about it here is the plot:
A ski vacation turns horrific for a group of medical students, as they find themselves confronted by an unimaginable menace: Nazi zombies.
and the trailer
Speaking of medical students and zombies – have you seen the video from the 1940’s called, ‘ Experiments in the Revival of Organisms’. If you haven’t here is the run down – and yes, the video.
It was the first public U.S. showing of a film picturing an experiment by Soviet biologists. They drained the blood from a dog. Fifteen minutes after its heart had stopped beating, they pumped the blood back into its lifeless body with a machine called an autojector, serving as artificial heart and lungs. Soon the dog stirred, began to breathe; its heart began to beat. In twelve hours it was on its feet, wagging its tail, barking, fully recovered.

Friday night Jason, his wife Mylie, my wife Jenny Lou, and Myself went to see the production of Evil Dead the Musical at the Generic Theater. We arrived to find that the theater was nearly at capacity, which I thought was amazing, considering that this was the second week of the show and it was still selling out. We were lucky enough to find some seats in the back, away from the splatter zone. As we sat in anticipation for the show to begin the room filled the rest of the way and the performance was ready to begin.
Oderus Urungus, of the band Gwar was the star of the opening video for the show, asking everyone to “turn off your motherfucking cell phones”. He also did the introduction to the performance, reading the opening lines from the film Evil Dead 2 explaining the Necronomicon. From that point we get into the performance, which starts with 4 college kids in a car driving to a cabin in the woods. Que the first musical number comedic-ally called “Cabin in the Woods”.
The rest of the show goes off with out a hitch, from trees raping a girl, to Ash cutting of his hand with a chainsaw, and decapitating his girlfriend, with musical numbers like “What the Fuck Was That?”, “Bit Part Demon”, “Good Old Reliable Jake” (which was a show stealer!) and “All the Men In My Life Keep Getting Killed By Candarian Demons”. The cast was great in every aspect. Travis Malone played “Ash” and pulled it off very well, Michelle Jenkins played Ash’s sister “Cheryl” who plays the part of a demon to a T. But one of the most memorable performances was from Garney Johnson in the part of the smelly redneck “Jake” I found myself laughing at nearly everything he said or did the entire performance.
We here at Zombie Popcorn had a GREAT time at Evil Dead the Musical, and would suggest going to see it while you still can. I for one will be seeing it again, maybe even sitting in the splatter zone next time! Here are the date for anyone considering going to see it.
October 16 – November 8, 2009
Friday and Saturday at 8:00pm
Sunday at 2:30pm
Special Showing: Two performances on Halloween Night (October 31, 2009) at 8:00pm and 11:00pm. Just Added! Thursday, October 29, 2009 and Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 8:00pm
Below I have posted a picture of Jason and I with the cast.
Please be sure to check out Zombie Popcorn Radio, and listen to the interview we did with the writer of Evil Deal the Musical Mr.George Reinblatt, and if you can’t catch the live show please subscribe to the pod cast on iTunes.

Just got an update from the first ever zombie walk in Virginia Beach.
It was a huge success, well, if you consider a zombie outbreak terrorizing the beach community a success. It was such a frightening event the Ghostbusters made an appearance. I guess they were going to keep the zombies in order.
Zombies came out of the woodwork for this crawl and they all brought a can good to help fight hunger. The reports said it was such a success they are going to do it again next year so planning is in the works!
A big thanks to Gordan’s Life Photography for the photos of the zombie walk and to Stitch-Blue for organizing this wonderful event!
Now here is the slide show – Enjoy!!

Word on the streets is that the new Mad Max 4: Fury Road film is going to star Sam Worthington as Mad Max along side of Charlize Theron.
I love the Mad Max series. I can remember watching them every year when they came on TV and would rent the VHS. I also remember when Beyond Thunderdome came out and me and my dad would watch it together. I have very fond memories of this film so I look forward to seeing a new film to the series.
Mad Max 4: Fury Road will be directed by George Miller – he directed Mad Max, Road Warrior, Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome and Happy Feet. Which is good because the rumour is that Mad Max 4 is set to follow Beyond Thunderdome and not to be a re-boot/remake.
That is all the info I have at the moment – I will keep you posted!

I just found this trailer on-line and I gotta say it looks soooo bad that I might just have to see it. I think the thing that made me want to see it the most is the catch phrase at the end of the trailer.
It almost looks like a joke, or one of those PSA’s about not smoking weed because you will lose your friends, and throw your life away. But from what I can tell this is actually a movie that is coming out sometime this month. This should make some good conversation for Zombie Popcorn Radio!

Fear Clinic is a FEARnet original series.
I am so excited about this series because it brings together the men who played two of horrors most revered icons: Robert Englund’s Freddy Krueger and Kane Hodder’s Jason Voorhees. No one is more excited by this clash of the titans than Robert and Kane themselves, as they explain in this behind-the-scenes clip.
Fear Clinic premieres October 26th.

I love this film because of the acting, the look, the sounds – everything about it- and of course it brings Arsenio Hall back on the screen. This film does an excellent job of bring back the look and feel of the 70’s and will have you rolling on the floor laughing.
This film will be on blu-ray soon – scheduled to ship on November 2009 but it is making its rounds at selected theaters starting on October 16, 2009.
So, here is a blurb about the film;
This is the story of 1970s African-American action legend Black Dynamite. When ‘The Man’ murders his brother, pumps heroin into local orphanages, and floods the ghetto with adulterated malt liquor, Black Dynamite (Michael Jai White) is the one hero willing to fight all the way from the blood-soaked city streets to the hallowed halls of the Honky House.

I arrived at the MacArthur Mall on Sunday October 11th to join in the festivities of World Zombie Day. The Barnes and Noble in the shopping center had converted it’s name to Brains and Noble for the day to be fitting for the event. When I entered the store I was surprised to see quite a few zombies had already taken over the book store. The event was also taking place to celebrate the opening of “Evil Dead: The Musical” which is going to be running from Oct. 17th thru Nov. 8th at the Generic Theater.
I had arrived a little early to introduce myself to the people hosting the event and to let them know I would be walking around taking pictures and interviewing some of the zombies that were walking about the store. In the midst of all the chit chat going around I happened to hear that the mall security was giving some of the zombies a hard time for being dressed up, and telling them they were committing a Class 1 Felony. I thought this was rather odd considering that there was to be a zombie walk later in the day from Brains and Noble to the Hot Topic where the cast of Evil Dead were to do a performance. I also heard that security was telling some of the zombies that “Zombie Day isn’t today.”
So at about 2:00 the event began and the Evil Dead performers had set up to do a number from the show, at this time the entrance to Brains and Noble was completely packed with zombies and civilians! The cast performed the number “Do the Necronomicon” which the crowd and I found very entertaining. From that point on I took lots of pictures and did about 10 interviews with numerous zombies and folks from the Evil Dead camp. The zombie walk went off without a hitch and the cast did another performance in the entrance of Hot Topic for all the mall shoppers.
What I found most impressive about this experience was that in the 2 and a half years I have lived in this city I never knew there was such a strong presence of horror and zombie fans. This was sure a slap to the face for me, and I have to say I loved every minute of the event, the Evil Dead camp did 2 more performances throughout the day and there was also a costume contest. I have pictures of all the winners and numerous other folks from the day here for you viewing pleasure. (More after the break)
All in all I had a great day and everyone were good sports. I am also very excited to see “Evil Dead: The Musical” . I would also like to say thanks to Phillip (producer of Evil Dead), Jeff (Director) and Jeannette (president of the Generic Theater) for being very nice and gracious to Zombie Popcorn for attending the event. Please be sure to listen to Zombie Popcorn Radio on Saturday 7-9 eastern time for our coverage of World Zombie Day complete with interviews and more. You can also download the podcast on iTunes on the following Wednesday.

Since it is almost time for Halloween, I felt it was time for a ghost story…
PARIS – Authorities took the corpse of a woman out of one cemetery and buried it in another – because her screaming ghost was disturbing neighbors!
Her body now lies in a rural graveyeard, miles from the town, in the French countryside.
Only a few days after Yvonne DeLyon, 61, was buried in the first graveyard, complaints began pouring in from people who live nearby. The public outcry conitnued for six months before officials finally had to take action.
“That woman screamed and wailed all night,” said one resident of the small town of Feurs, France. “It scared us almost to death. The whole reasons my family and I moved here beside the cemetery was because it was quiet and peaceful. But it got so we couldn’t get a decent night’s sleep.”
Accounts from the complaining citizens charge that much of the noise was incoherent ranting. But many of the terrified and outraged townspeople claim they distinctly heard the dead woman nagging and berating her husband, who died three years before her.
One man said he clearly overheard her yelling things like, “Charles, don’t you dare leave that wet towel on the bed,” or “Why don’t we ever go out to dinner?”
Jean Vecque, director and manager of the cemetery, confirms the reports. “I’ve never believed in ghosts,” says the conservative 51 year old. “I’ve been in the business for 19 years and seen hundreds of corpses. But this is the first time I’ve heard one roaring and bellowing from the coffin.”
“At first I thought it was someone playing a practical joke. So I personally investigated it. I stood out by the grave all night. It was enough to scare me to death. I never heard such eerie screeching. And it was definitely coming from the grave.”
One odd sidelight of the case is that Mrs. DeLyon was quiet and retiring when she was alive.
Dr. Yvette Colvert, a noted French parapsychologist who was called in to investigate, says, “This happens occasionally with people who were timid and shy in life. After death, they finally get the courage to stand up for their rights. Then there’s just no stopping them.”
Mrs. DeLyon’s only surviving relative, her son, Jacques DeLyon, tried to fight the town council’s demand to have the body exhumed. “I admit it was disturbing their sleep and frightening their children,” said Mr. DeLyon. “But I paid good money for that plot and she has the right to be laid to rest there.”
But his bid to keep her there was defeated unanimously.

People may not agree with this review due to the fact that I don’t really have anything bad to say about this remake of the 1974 horror film which holds the number 43 spot on Bravo’s 100 Scariest Movie Moments. I do have to admit that I have not seen the original so I have no bias or grounds to compare the two films. Which is a good thing because if I had seen the original I probably would have a different view of the latter film.
“It’s Alive” begins with Lenore (Bijou Phillips- Hostel 2, Almost Famous, Havoc) packing up her things, and leaving school due to the fact that she is pregnant. Her friends think taking the wrong path and that she should not give up on school. Disregarding her friends suggestions she moves in with her boyfriend Frank and his disabled brother, in order to prepare for the birth of their child. Almost as soon as Lenore moves into Frank’s house things start going wrong. The baby comes a few months early, but is healthy as can be. While in the delivery room the Lenore is given a sedative and the doctors proceed with a C-section. After the delivery, we find out that all of the doctors have been brutally murdered.
As we go further into the film we find out that the baby is a blood thirsty demon and needs to feed on blood to grow big and strong. We find out that Lenore had tried to take drugs to abort the pregnancy, and this leads the viewer to believe that the drugs had an effect on the baby. I thought the movie was executed pretty well, it delves into Lenore being protective of her baby, so she cleans up his bloody messes, and gives him his baths, just so he can get all bloody again. After all the animals in the area are gone the baby (Daniel, played by BAD CGI) moves on to Lenore’s friends and loved ones. Bringing the movie to a “burning” conclusion.
I enjoyed “It’s Alive” the only thing that really got to me was the CGI used in the part of Daniel, it looked too fake. It has some good bloody gore moments and kinda freaked me out a few times. But overall I would give the film a 6 out of 10, not the best movie I have ever seen but definitely not the worst. Be sure to tune in to Zombie Popcorn Radio on Saturdays 7-9 eastern time, and catch the replay on Wednesday and download the podcast from iTunes, we will be talking about “It’s Alive” and other things horror related.

The Seoul Times
Wednesday, October 7, 2009
Some of the Chinese people are known to be eating babies and the news circulated through the internet or via Email communication is shocking the world.
An Email report received by The Seoul Times confirmed that news with several vivid and appalling pictures of human embryos fetuses being made into a soup for human consumption.
The report went on. A town in the southern province of Canton (Guangdong) is now on trend taking baby herbal soup to increase overall health and stamina and the power of sexual performance in particular.
The cost in China currency approximately $ 4000 (it is about Rs2000).
A factory manager was interviewed and he testified that it is effective because he is a frequent customer.
It is a delicacy whereby expensive herbs are added to boil the baby with chicken meat for eight hours of boiling and steaming.
This heinous crimes rise from the fact that majority of Chinese people prefer to have male babies and the poor families end up selling their female babies.
I wasn’t going to write about this but after receiving so many comments about this I changed my mind.
IF this article is true, I don’t see a problem with this because it is consistent with lifestyle habits, not just China but the entire world, including the United States.
As long as people continue to take baby animals and force them to suffer in complete darkness and force animals to live in filthy confinements and beat them, torture them and cut their throats while fully conscience just so they can have milk, eggs, and meat, I see no problem with people eating babies or any other human meat.
Meat is Meat and as the old saying goes, Meat is Murder, no matter if it comes from baby animal or baby human. So if you are going to eat meat why limit yourself? Go eat cow, pig, human, fetus, horse, dog, and cat – they all bleed the same, they all cook up the same and they all suffer.
For the people who have been making the comments that the people in China are savages and calling them every name under the sun – please take a moment and look in the mirror. This is not an issue about some other country, this is an issue about humankind from every country. We need to stop pointing our fingers at everyone else and instead point the finger at ourselves and take notice of the violence and suffering we, as individuals, are causing in our lives and the lives of people around us.
It is not just about if you eat meat or not, it is about the things we do everyday. It is about the words we use, the actions we have towards people we don’t understand. Changing the negative and hateful things we say and do will make an major impact in the lives of the people around you, your community, and your world.
Sure, seeing a story about people eating a dead baby is hard to understand because it is something we don’t see everyday but is it really any different than the things you do in your daily life? Don’t just look at the action but look at the mentality of what causes this to happen, are you helping to keep this mentality alive by your actions?
So what is for lunch today? Fetus? or a better world?

We have seen the orginial Plan 9 from Outer Space directed by Edward D. Wood Jr.
This weekend I had the opportunity to see Plan 9.1
Plan 9.1 from Outer Space is a retelling of Plan 9 with puppets and is much shorter than the orginial. The film was silly but fun to watch so if you pick up the DVD it would be a good item to just throw out at your parties for a quick laugh.
I also had the opportunity to see the trailer for the remake of Plan 9 from Outer Space entitled, ‘Plan 9‘
“Plan 9″, the remake will be a serious-minded retelling of the original story, paying homage to the spirit of Wood’s film without resorting to camp or parody. The film will focus on the horror and science fiction aspects of the original, but will also be largely character-driven. Johnson’s goal for “Plan 9″ is to make a film that honors not only the original source material, but also Ed Wood’s intentions when he made “Plan 9 From Outer Space”. Wood’s plan was to make a very scary sci-fi/horror film, and Johnson wishes to do exactly that – create a film that Wood would have enjoyed, or perhaps even made himself, if not bound by the technological limitations placed on filmmakers 50 years ago.
Here is the trailer

When we start the film Trick R Treat, we feel as though we are back in school watching a video cautioning us to be aware of things on Halloween night, make sure you check your candy, never blow out a jack-o-lantern, wear a costume and so on. This pretty much sets the mood for the next 88 minutes of the feature. There in lies the one of few complaints I have about the film, (I felt it was too short) but I will get back to that later.
Trick R Treat is a movie with four intertwining stories that all take place on Halloween night in a small suburban neighborhood, You have the town principal that moonlights as a serial killer, the school bus massacre, the “virgin”, the old man that no one likes, and one very particular trick or treater. The viewer gets a real sense of old school Tales from the Crypt, and Creepshow style from the first few minutes which I liked, but thought some of the stories faded in and out of each other a little too much, just when you are getting into one story the film switches stories abruptly (not much of a complaint but it kinda got to me). I do however, like how one story coincides with the other and thought it was very good story telling on the writers part, and I was even surprised at a few twist they throw at you. Which is good because I usually see twist coming from a mile away.
This movie was very FUN, and I very much enjoyed watching it. I am disappointed that it didn’t make it into theaters but, am grateful I got to see it at all. I think this film deserves to be a staple in the Halloween season and should be ranked as the “Christmas Story” of this time of year. The movie does a great job at making Halloween come to life on the screen and make you remember the reasons to love the holiday. The only big complaint I had was that it felt too rushed and could have been a bit longer, other than that, I would give it a 8 out of 10.
So, if you are looking for a good, freaky, lets get in the Halloween spirit, kinda movie to watch this year please pick up a copy of “Trick R Treat” it is a must for any horror movie lover.

World Zombie Day is coming up again and this year it is happening on Oct. 11, 2009. There is so much going on this weekend to celebrate World Zombie Day.
So here is my list of things to do to celebrate World Zombie Day.
If you are attending any of the World Zombie Day celebrations please send me photos by clicking here along with your photo send me a report of the event and I will post it on Zombie-Popcorn.com (giving you full credit, of course.) and we will talk about it on Zombie Popcorn Radio.
In the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area;
- MonsterFest 09 - I will be attending this event personally, along with Josh and Paul. We have the OK to interview several of the guest for Zombie Popcorn Radio, so of course, I am really excited about this event. If you don’t know about MonsterFest here is a blurb.
Monster Fest is an annual celebration of monsters, horror and the macabre in film and literature. The event is held every October, just in time for Halloween. With a strong focus on the gothic horror films of the classic era, Monster Fest provides a fun, carnival-like environment for monster enthusiasts and the whole family.

World Zombie Day Zombie Mall Crawl. This is the very first Zombie Mall Crawl ever in Norfolk, VA and it is to help promote Evil Dead: The Musical. The first thing you think of when you think of Zombies, is the mall. So of course, it is perfect to have a Zombie crawl inside a mall. So as the poster says, ‘Join the Army of Darkness’ in this awesome mall take over. There are also rumors about an un-official zombie critical mass happening after the mall crawl – so don’t forget your bike. Zombie Popcorn will be on the scene talking to people and will broadcast the event on Zombie Popcorn Radio.

- In Pittsburgh
Pittsburgh’s first ever outdoor Zombie Fest will set the stage for the fourth annual Walk of the Dead on October 11. The event will take place at the Monroeville Mall, where director George Romero filmed the original Dawn of the Dead in 1977. The festivities are part of World Zombie Day, a charity event designed to generate donations for food bank charities and raise awareness of world hunger.
Zombie Fest will begin at 2 PM in the upper level parking lot near the mall annex and includes:
- Live bands and entertainment
- Celebrity appearances
- Zombie Olympics
- Brain eating contest
- Ugly pageant
From 2 PM to 6 PM, zombies may register for the Guinness World Record attempt. Pittsburgh set the initial record for World’s Largest Zombie Walk and has successfully defended that record for three consecutive years. Registration is free and open to all ages; zombies are asked to bring non-perishable food donations to benefit the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank. Last year’s walk brought in more than one ton of food donations.
The Walk of the Dead will begin at 6 PM, when walkers enter the mall and begin reenacting scenes from their favorite zombie films. Professor Emcee Square (aka Mark Menold), host of Pittsburgh’s The It’s Alive Show, will lead the crowd to their destination, where the official photo will be taken to submit to Guinness
Following the walk, all zombies age 21 and over are invited to the Zombie Ball at Houlihan’s inside the mall. The undead party will feature a DJ and drink specials with no cover charge.
Actor Ken Foree, who starred as Peter Washington in the original Dawn film, will be on hand to meet and greet zombies and take part in the walk. Mr. Foree serves as Zombie Ambassador for World Zombie Day, assisting with promotion of the charitable event.

Halloween is coming and there is only one icon that comes to mind when you think of the symbol of all things spooky. Elvira, Mistress of the Dark.
She has done so much for the horror industry and for 3D. In fact, you may remember in the post, ‘What do Vegetarian Zombies Eat?’, I talked about my first 3D movie. Well, that was thanks to Elvira. On your Tv show she was hosting a double feature 3D fright fest and it changed my life forever!
Did you know that Elvira was First person to be broadcast in 3-D in America and the first person to produce a music video in large format 3-D. Cassandra Peterson (Elvira) has been a power house of America culture. Without her there would not have been so many people ‘turned on’ to horror films. So I would like to dedicate this post to Cassandra Peterson aka Elvira for staying true to your fans and for all your time and energy you put into being the Mistress of the Dark.
Cassandra has an indie film coming out called, All About Evil. Here is the website, All About Evil. Here is the plot blurb.
A mousy librarian inherits her father’s beloved but failing old movie house. In order to save the family business she discovers her inner serial killer – and a legion of rabid gore fans – when she starts turning out a series of grisly shorts. What her fans don’t realize yet is that the murders in the movies are all too real.
As soon as I see it I will post about it but until then, enjoy a little history.

Ok, I normally write about strange toys but when I came across this (stop giggling) I had to share.
Its the spray on condom. Yes, the German condom expert Jan Vinzenz Krause has developed a spray-on condom.
Here is the concept, according to reports;
… the average penis is 5.51 inches and over the counter condoms are too loose or too tight for millions of fellows. Krause’s device consistes of a chamber that you, well, insert your penis into and it sprays on a layer of latex that quickly dries to an ezxact, tailored fit. According to Krause “With our technology we could spray a condom on an erect elephant”.
I always find it funny that people are always looking for the next and better thing when it comes to safe sex. The thing that scares me is that it when someone has created a new sex toy or condom or whatever, they always mention animals. I mean, WTF? You could “spray a condom on an erect elephant”? Why is that even in your head when you are thinking about using a condom? I mean, I thought people would be thinking about having sex with another human. I guess I am wrong.
Speaking of erect elephants … What does Rush Limbaugh have to say about this? Lets find out…
You know it turns you on to listen to Rush talk about condoms.. If it doesn’t then you can skip below the Rush video and watch the Reuters news report about the spray on condom.
