I love coffee and I have had various types in my life, including the famed Blue Mountain Jamaican and the Cuban and the Colombian and the Brazilian beans. I know the difference between arabica and robusta beans too. And I know what difference a strong or a medium roast can do to coffee. I would love to do this post.

just noticed on the best post to date... the blogger says the study is about the benefits of coffee and how it can help diabetics. errr that wasn't stated in the video at all. they're two separate, unrelated studies published in the same journal...
