Placing Ad Tags on Your Blog

How to Upload Your Ad Tag to Your Blog

Once you receive your ad tag from IZEA Media you will need to upload it to your blog.
There are two different snippets of code that will need to be uploaded for your tag to
work. The first snippet of code should be added to the header of your blog.

For example:
The code should be copied and pasted directly below:

The next update you need to make depends on which type of ad tag you created.

If you chose a desktop or mobile ad, the snippet of code should be placed in the body of your HTML exactly where you would like the ad to appear.

For example:

Once the Ads code is installed to your blog you should start to see ads appearing within the hour and your SocialSpark dashboard will register impressions within 24 hours of the tag going live.

FanAds

If you chose a FanAds (in post) ad, the snippet of code should go at the very top of any post in which you want the ad to appear.

This means that you will have to install the Fan Ad code snippet individually to the HTML of each post in which you wish the ad unit to appear.

This ad is only allowed to appear on the top of non-sponsored posts.
