While I can't say anything about other blogspot users' content, I've stayed with blogger for quite a while, due to not only its efficiency with managing multiple blogs, but more importantly it's transparent html template coding. :) Though I've only ever tried two others (LJ and Wordpress)...

I find blogger a common ground for sploggers and scrapers. I don't recommend them.
