I had these guys for a year and was very disappointed with the CPU Usage limit shutting my site down for 5 minutes at a time several times per day because of my high traffic. They will con you into a cheap package, but if you have high traffic they want you to go on a different server for a crapload more money.

I dropped them the first chance I got.
